After Hawke's casual outfit in dragon age 2, I have very little hope for casual clothes that are actually made for being prettied up...
I'm staying hopeful for something at least since DA2 was really rushed and DAI isn't suffering from that problem. And Vivienne is holding a ball in the Inquisitor's honor isn't she? At the very least we should get a nice fancy thing for that hopefully.

It'll probably be like the party in that DLC with Tallis, we'll be covered head to toe in some ugly awkward looking thing while our companion is fine with showing a little skin. I'm getting really tired of being forced into being the most conservative girl in the party in outfits... well no that was Aveline, but still...
Actually that's one of my big issues, even if we assume conservative armors for the sake of being practical, it does not explain why when we're not wearing armor we're stuck in clothes that are often even more conservative than the armor is...

Very much so, though that much cleavage is not strictly necessary, but I wouldn't want too much more covered either.

wow, I was totally wrong, I was so sure Vivienne would be the next LI and that Cullen wouldn't be race gated because that means that both straight men are race gated.

It's straight blackwall who's ungated. Cullen's the other gated romance and he's available to humans and elves (I'd like to see the reasoning for this considering elves are everybit as heretical as dwarves are).

The last racegated LI is Cullen: available to Elven and Human Females only.
Well, if all goes well, I'll have years of play time with this. One time for each romance to see what they are like and then additional games with the ones I like best.

I was saying how many options a player of a certain orientation has. So if you play as a lesbian, you have 2 options.

Yes. There was an interview in March I think that talked about how if you don't romance someone or they aren't romancable they still have a fully fleshed out friendship story.

I'm glad you've still got someone!! I don't find Blackwall interesting as of yet, but I'm fully expecting the unexpected once I commence the game.
It just sucks. 
I really wanted to romance Dorian with a huge Qunari lady (after seeing them stand next to each other in one of the gameplay vids), turns out he's gay. (Which is fine, in the end - I'll just have to create a hottie for him in some playthrough).
And now I can't have my big Qunari lady lift Cullen into her arms and carry him to her tent. Well POO. lol
