what Joesphine is wearing.....it remind me of Indian tradition clothes actually . Don't you think ?
Yeah a bit.
I can't tell weather it's a skirt, or some kind of odd poofy half pants in this pic to be honest lol

It's a matter of the last two games that's creating this paranoia... And to take a player who is into girly things, and force them into a suit and put them around a whole bunch of other girls all in dresses is just cruel. It's saying, hey you like dresses and pretty girly outfits? Look at everyone in their girly pretty outfits. But guess what, you're the PC so have a suit because it's so PC

Actually , I say this with no malicious intent Puppy Love . But beware of what you wish for . Why? Because , Bioware record in making womens (NPC that is) wearing dress.......is nothing but yurk . Just take Queen ANora dress , she look like she was stuck in a tube ! Did you like her dress ? Was it feminime? I actually wondered how she could even walk without falling on her face ![]()
And don't forget , no matter how much you desire something , how much you need something . They will still go with the world THEY created . I haven't seen anyone in there (not modded) in previous DA that had a decent dress .
The real question would be why ? They can make armor of all kind , but they can't make a descent dress ?
Hum...I think I forgot my point there , sowwy ![]()
Id like a dress similar to the ME2 Kasumi Femshep outfit, just without similar cutscenes of the Inquisitor sitting with her legs wide open while wearing it
Liara dress was more fab!!! (<--- learned a new word and love it) .

Like I said earlier with the "meh" on the dresses my dwarf could wear for ten minutes. But at least they were dresses. That's how desperate I am, I'll take crap to not be in another suit.
Hmm hopefully the Inquisitor gets something better than this thing, in any case...

what do you call a suit anyway ? an armor ? or suit like um...a Tuxedo ? with tie ?

That wasn't soo bad . I mean, making femshep wear that and do Tango was soooo worth it XD But the real issue there , was that....um....her skeleton was a dude one ? lol I just wish they made more choice side that one . Poor shep , save the world many time yet stuck with one dress .
That dress was awful. Tacky, and looked bizarre with her body animations. Also there was no "revealing" equivalent outfit for manShep! Grrr.
I was not a fan.
See this is sort of my ideal casual wear (the hair is so long cause she's a mage :3) I guess I could remake her with short hair...

I could see my male characters wearing that. (well save the boots maybe XD) so *shrugs*

That's great - loving the boots!! ![]()

nomnomnomnom you are evil Mes !!! You put stuff in my brain and it is too hot for those ![]()

Honestly I don't hate suits as long as I can have a skirt rather than pants.
A suit is basically a formal outfit that either has a skirt or pants. Traditionally women wore skirts with their suits or wore dresses while men wore pants. This has changed as more women are choosing to wear pants with their suits. Sadly for those of us who prefer skirts or dresses, Bioware going with the current trend, has chosen to forego a skirt or dress for the player character, while deciding NPC's can wear whatever they want. This spits in the face of the players self identity by deciding for them. Which if the world had all women in this kind of outfit it would be one thing, but as only the PC is so restricted it severely bothers me. They have other women in these kinds of outfits, don't decide for the pc whether their character is the suit, skirt or dress type. I don't think options is too much to ask. Maybe a two second wardrobe scene where we get to choose one of three to four outfits.

Here's the image with shorter hair and less fancy boots (I'd totally stole Isabela's boots if I could though)

The ME2 dress looked alot better IMO, the ME3 dress was just a ugly recoloured version of Allers outfit
Yeah ME2 dress was fine til Shep sat down. Allers outfit was just atrocious. That's what poor FemShep got instead of smoking jacket? *shakes head*
Have you though , that maybe they make everyone wear pants because of engine restriction ? like they still cant make your hair move like if there were a breeze , yet it has been done in the FF movie a long time ago . As if they do make a skirt , it may just end up fugly looking , and it won't move well or even look well . Just look at how many glitch we had in DA2 , seeing Aveline shield go trough her clothes .

I dunno, I seem to recall practically every NPC woman in Origins in some long gown thing. Granted I guess they didn't move about much...
Dress for femshep in ME2 is better than the one is in ME3

I always found them bland looking through.
BW's armor/outfits in general tend to be rather ugly for the most part. Only armor I really tend to enjoy is modded armor and an outfit here and there in the campaign. Most of it is ugly but function.
As long as we don't get that dalish armor abomination or mage condom hats though I'll be content.
That is why I stare at Samara and forget the whole 'limit of clothes , weird walk' and what not ![]()

Oh me too.
They just accentuated that everyone had the exact same body and the weird corset things and big perky boobs on old people and UGH.
But anyway I really think Inquisition is going to have some fab fashion.
The ME2 dress was definitely the better of the two but it didn't fit in the setting very well. Until Kasumi's dlc all the dresses we'd seen were full length.
And a dress that went down to the ankles would have hidden those shoes ![]()

Oh god yes. It just looked ridiculous. Least Zevran enjoyed Wynne in those Chasind robes XD
I love the female Qunizzy's robes. If I can wear those in Skyhold I'm good. So far I'm liking Inquisition's outfits. I'm avoiding most of the "really?" I got from DAO's outfits.
Still just 2 more months.
