You know what I've been thinking about lately? The heavy or massive armor looks bad in DA not because it covers (imo) but because it's waaaay too big with too many spare pieces. A lot of it looks like it would have a ton of empty space in there like you're wearing a barrel, giant shoulder pads that would imbalance you, weird thick metal saddle bag like things around the waist, etc...It doesn't look right on either gender.
