Trying to decide whether to play a mage or rogue for my qunari. Qunari is my first playthrough and I've always played a rogue, but maybe a new game is a good time to try out a mage.

 

Acantha's personality seems more mage-like, but I've got myself in a confoundment. 

 

I feel like the Qunari racial bonus to melee defence should fit with Knight Enchanter well.  While a rogue would probably still be squishy even with the bonus.

Interesting approach. I rarely think about build types because I play on easy, so for me it's more about story and what fits.

I'm going to play a Femqunari first then a male elf, I have no idea about names or romances or paths and allegiances, I'll just throw everything up in the air and then see where everything falls!

The only thing I have yet to decide is class and that's a toughie because I want to play my fem as a warrior but I also want my male elf as a warrior too (rather than the stereotype rogue or mage). But I definitely want to play the other classes too. Decisions decisions!

Honestly I'm just tired of the white knights or woobies (They can never just be douchebags. Oh no. We gotta have tramautic pasts and there's a reason they're douchey. They can't just be douchey because some people are just douchey.). Give me someone confident and not noble even if they're evil and insane damnit.

Me too!  personally, I feel the "evil person with a dark/tortured past"  are a done to death at this point. A bond villain-ish one would be great!

I can understand that a person has their taste, but wouldn't you like your possessed person warm?  If rot is your thing, then to each their own.  However, it's not like you can just throw her in the microwave to warm her up real quick.  That strikes me that being with her would get...chilly in parts.

So kind of OT of the Lady PC but I'm seeing some people asking for a evil romance without a sad past would someone like Sakyo from season two of Yuyu Hakusho fit that category? He had a happy past and was an evil bastard just cause as far as I recall, though I think he was a sociopath. Would someone like that count for an evil romance?

My guess would be a LONG cuddle before then so your body heat would fill her and return to you. Only reason I'm guessing that is due to a weird conversation I had with someone once much similar to this only it was a mummy lady.
