I liked the editing and pacing, but there is something about the music that just doesn't sit well with me. Otherwise a job well done.

Nice job, Fyrgarth! And don't worry about not being a native english speaker. Your accent is very very pleasn't on the ears and it definitely suits the trailer.
Concerning the music I have to agree with EmperorSahlertz. I think it is too heroic, too idealistic and too "Hollywood". I think music that is more somber and less idealistic would be more fitting.

Your subject should really say "fan made trailer."
Yeah this please, I came here thinking an actual DA:I video got dropped showcasing some of the voice acting or something.

Nice video and your narration was very good. If Orlesians spoke the way you did, I'd take them far more seriously. ![]()

Did you consider submitting script reading for take your place contest? I just watched this for the third time and listening to your voice, dude. Dude!
Great trailer.

Brilliant! Zevran at the end was perfection, hahahah
Did you try auditioning for that DAI VA spot? You have a really cool voice. Reminded me of Riordan from DAO a bit.

Your voice was the best part.

I have added a voice-over application video, as many of you have so flatteringly requested.
I edited the original post to include my contribution to the "TakeYourPlace"-contest, although I am not eligible to enter.
Thank you so much.

Very well done. I am super impressed with your voice over work...especially for being a non-english speaker! I definitely wouldn't mind hearing that voice in game! Keep it up man.

That was great, thanks for sharing. And Zevran at the end had me (and, this being the internet, it needs stressing) literally laughing out loud.

Pure awesome! And like katerinafm above, my first thought was that you sounded a lot like Riordan from DA:O (who has a wonderful voice).
Thanks for making this!

Thank you very much. I have to agree. Wynne is by far the character I have liked best in ANY video game so far. I at times thought she was for real. She was so well written and narrated by Susan Boyd. I really do miss her. When everyone is nitpicking and dragging you down and quarrels, she comes along, comforts you. She asks you how you are. Like a real concerned friend would do. I did not expect that at all and it blew me away. It was pleasantly soothing and comforting and she made me stick to the task, knowing, I had a real freind by my side, without any hidden agenda other than to help. That proves that bits and bytes can have a soul.
What a wonderful, wonderful game.

As a native English speaker who studied Hebrew and Japanese, I understand how difficult it can be to speak a foreign language with confidence. You spoke beautiful English. Not only could I understand you, but the tone and manner in which you spoke was very authentic. There was real emotion that I think fit the trailer very well.
What a great idea, by the way. After watching it I feel nostalgic for the past but excited for the future at the same time. And Zevran nailed it, haha!

That must been one of the sweetest things somebody ever said to me on the internet. Thank you Nimlowyn, that was very kind of you to say. I feel blessed to talk more than language myself and it certainly enrichens my life. English I learned...well from video games and movies, can´t say I was any good at it in school. I speak some Norwegian and French too, so visiting other countries really is quite a joy. Being able to talk to people and understand them is really something I treasure highly and I see, you are a sister in mind, being a language scolar. So once again: "Arigatou gozaimasu"
