Ok, so - I just Finished the "Priority Sur-Kesh" Mission and I'm planning on playing the "Omega DLC" next. & I was wondering if I do that, will it interfere with the [N7 Mission: "Cerberus Attack" , the Primarch & Wrex's Side Mission's] before "Priority Tuchanka"? Any help would be appreciated, Thank's.
When to do the Omega DLC?

It shouldn't interfere, no, but I would personally recommend you hold off on Omega until after Tuchanka. I feel like the best place to play it is immediately following a mission you'll automatically be dealing with after Priority Tuchanka, and I know a fair few agree with me on that.
That said, this isn't major. No one is going to say a word of contradiction if you play it earlier. At least, I'm pretty sure no one does. No plot stuff will be oddly spoiled, no huge plotholes will require headcanoning to fill. It's not like that, it just... kinda flows better a bit later is all.

I like to do it after the Coup.

I like to do it when I'm level 60, to use Aria and Nyreen abilities at max level.

I like to do it after the Coup.
That's usually when I play it, if I decide to play it.

For me, the only thing that I make sure is done before doing the Omega DLC is Aria's recruitment missions (for the mercenary gangs). Depending on who you like to have in your squad and what weapons they carry, there are some pretty nice weapon mods that I like to get into the game ASAP.
The DLC story is completely separate from the rest of the game and no matter when you play it, it will have no effect on the rest of the galaxy (and vice versa).

I like Omega. It really allows me to get my renegade on and have some fun. So right after the Coup. I'm not trying to reform Aria.

the Omega mission is best suited for straight after the Citadel coup. boot Cerberus off and then kick them while they're down. plus it allows Shepard to "cut loose" after all that penned up frustration - whether he/she reconciled with or put down the VS.

After the coup is my choice as well.

With my paragade Shep I did Omega right after Priority: Thessia, and played it uncharacteristically renegade to work out his frustration - and personal issues - with Cerberus.

To avoid spoilers, do it after Priority: Citadel II

I always thought Omega was great. An actual antagonist, fantastic stage and level design, a little bit of a shake up for the combat parts, etc. Ya, it's short and almost entirely a side story, but as a visual and gameplay experience it's the best in ME3.

I do Omega whenever I feel like it. Sometimes before Citadel II or after, but usually, it's right after.

Omega in a nutshell:
zero roleplay
zero choices
zero impact on the main campain
Glitches on the most important speech

Why do people keep saying there's no roleplay in Omega? I find it to be one of the best RP missions in the game. Your choices shape how Aria perceives you, which shapes the ending. Renegade with Petrovsky dead feels different than Renegade with Petrovsky alive, which feels different from the Paragon or mixed versions of same. The only thing that's really bothersome is the reactor turns out the same no matter what, but even then it's a tense moment that asks what Shepard values.

Get on BW Montreal's Level Brah. Foreshadowing of things to come.
Mass Effect "fans" want more shooter, less talky and "RPG elements" bro. BW is so in touch with their community brah. Get with it.
Mass Effect with RPG elements are so 2010 dawg.
It's all about explosions and boom, boom bang bang, and becoming a "legend" and playing horde mode Gears of War rip of MP brah.
Didn't you get the memo dawg? Gears Effect.... **** cough, cough**** I mean "Mass Effect" 3 is the best brah. It's awesome bro.

How can I role play a Shepard who tries to stop the reaper war and doesn't give a damn about some petty gang war on the other side of the galaxy?
Which gives significant resources to the war effort and also removes a base and the effectiveness of cerberus operations?

Since I role-play priorities I put off things like that until the story has "calmed down" a little. I do Omega after the genophage arc is concluded, Leviathan after the Rannoch arc, and the Citadel DLC before Cronos station.
