I just finished as a female noble and it ends after I tell Alistair the boon I want then go to the door. Not sure what is going on with that. When does that scene come? He mentions that the boon is also an engagement present. I do have a mod I did for my mage where I get the proposal scene. Could that keep the coronation from happening?

The wedding scene is a mod in itself. It's not part of the Vanilla game. Here's a link to DahliaLynns modhttp://www.nexusmods...onage/mods/1839

You must make sure multiple alistair.dlg mods are compatible (or made compatible with each other, if possible). If you already have the mod installed with a proposal one, and a wedding mod (as Aurelet points out, is available and Dahlialynn did a fantastic job on it), make sure the 2 play nice together. If you only have the proposal, and it doesn't include a wedding itself you will need the other if it is compatible. The vanilla game doesn't include a wedding, though mention of it is in the end slides, and your status as queen Cousland is acknowledged by Alistair in Awakenings.
Also, the wedding will only fire if you have a Cousland warden, regardless of who Alistair proposed to (since that's the flag that is checked), although playing around with mods/consoles will create some odd glitches. I once did a playthrough with a Cousland, using the console to alter her class to Mage after creating a rogue. While I did get the ability to marry Alistair, the game also had some funny glitches in which the people at the circle thought I had been there (particularly Cullen who had a crush on my Cousland mage). So the mod, thinking I had an Amell instead didn't fire at the end of the game.
