SO, I went to pay off a little bit more of my Mass Effect 2 preorder today, when I was presented with a nice little surprise. The code, and what not for my Terminus armor, and blackstorm gun, abit early you see. However, when I asked about my Cerberus Card, the guy just looked at me like I was crazy, and couldn't find anything else. So, am I supposed to get this the release day, is it in the case or something?

I really don't like the idea of being left out of the stuff  I paid for.

Any suggestions?

So the preorder items are given out early and not in the box as well?

Well, its confirmed that every new copy of the game has it, so I assume it would be in the game case and not something handled by the game stores.

I think he meant the pre-order items from gamestop not the cerberus cards. They are two seperate entities.

I got all my DAO-related codes when I got the game. I assume Gamestop is doing the same thing with ME2.

Cerberus card is in the box since it comes with every new copy. I'm going to gamespot today to see if I can get the preorder items.

The preorder stuff will likely be given to you when you pick up and pay off the game. There is no point for the game store to risk giving you the preorder stuff early just for you to turn around and cancel your order with them once you have it so you can order from someone else to either get the CE edition they are out of or get that other store's preorder stuff.

Doesn't just connecting to xbox live with the game give you the preorder bonus? I mean I didn't preorder DAO, just bought it on the day and I still got the bonuses.

But yeah the Cerebrus card should be in the box.

So how does Gamestop handle pre-order bonuses if you ask for it to be shipped to you? Are they included with the game or do you have to go to a Gamestop to get the codes?

If you order online and you had it pre-ordered they email you the codes.
