I think the Justicar was basically as close to a soldier as we were going to get. Perhaps we'll see something more front-line tanky with grenades in ME 4.

Also I feel like EVERY race should have a soldier kit, since you know....that's the first profession to be established when a military is created. You can't have a military without *soldiers*.

Yes. 60% More time for AR and the Biotic Sphere as well. She is not meant to be a pure biotic, so the bulk of damage should not rely much on explosions. However, Biotic Sphere can be a primer, or an "Armor", depending on the evolutions taken. I think those are balanced powers for a Soldier with different builds viable.
