Ugh, definitely! That's one of the reasons most Hawkes look the same >_<

Maybe I'm crazy for saying this but I wish they would completely redo the CC and not just improve the former DA and ME one. I want a CC like The Sims 3, Saints Row(and the characters are voiced in this so it's attainable), Dragon's Dogma, etc...I hate how the most story and character driven games with the most personality and roleplay have one of the worst CC with the least customization options.

I want to be able to micromanage my faces(if not my bodies) as much as I want from the tilt of the eyes to the shape, expression, and width of the mouth (all individually controlled) to the angle of the nostrils, etc...and I don't want to be restricted. Will this allow for people to make crazy alien looking characters? Yes, but who cares? It will also let me and others serious about character creation make anyone they want to down to the tiniest detail.

Same here. I want hawk noses, tiny petite noses, I want wide noses you could hammer nails on. I want heart shaped lips, lips that has a bow so deadly Varric gets jealous. I want round, plump Angelina Jolie monstrosities and tiny wee Bellamy Young lips and kissable Milla Jovovich lips. I want it all because dangit I have PCs PLANNED for it all.

First, let my character look the same in-game as she did in the character creator.

Next, I'm totally with the posters for more hair.  And yes, I like inappropriate hair.  I don't care if a darkspawn can grab that long, flowing mane that's clipping a little in my armor, so long as I look darn good while I'm getting impaled.

And yes, for the girly-girl in me, I want eyeliner and for the love of Pete, eyeshadow that doesn't go from not-noticeable to neon hooker.  I always just left off the eyeshadow.  It was just too frustrating.  (Until mods, thank you Pineapple and Bridella.)

I was just making a DA2 ladyrogue today and omg the eyeshadow is from hell.

I always end up giving my Shepard's, Warden's, and Hawke's the WIDEST JAWLINES EVER. First thing I do is crank that sucker to the max because it is the only thing distinctive looking I can get out of the CC's and it always looks hawt as sin.

I was cool with my Shepard's appearance before ME3 came around and said he couldn't have it anymore

I just hope Inquisition's CC doesn't have the same downsides DA's CCs are known for

Mm. My Warden's got purple eyes (at least, according to the CC when stared at VERY CLOSELY) but you would never tell from the actual game.

GAR. Bioware is so awesome - but this CC business is for some reason really tricky for them.

I learned to find the obvious blue/green/whatevers and click from there. They tend to go darkest to lightest with hazel and the random colors at the end of the slider.

After playing Sims games for so long it's always been hard to come to terms with the DA CC.  When I finally get a face in DA2 that doesn't look like a boiled potato, the in game lighting hits her cheek/jaw/chin/whatever wrong and gives her a 5 o'clock shadow.  When femHawke gets cozy with Anders, my smooth cheeked lady looks like she has more scruff than he does.

Like many of you have said already, just ANYTHING to make a face defined/distinct.  I want my Inquisitor to look like the unique, world saving BA that she is.

If the models they showed us are actual products of the CC then I'm super excited :)

Nice.  But I don't care for the women's hair so much  It seems like they always want to give women such severe styles.  I get the whole hair clipping issue and the people who think that it's unrealistic to have prissy hair, but some soft bangs or side-swept layers would be nice.  Something soft, layered and shoulder length would still be appropriate and a lot less Chantry School Marm.

I'm with you on the CC. Anything would be a improvement.I had alot of fun with SR4 CC. There was more options than I was used to. A person could creat a wicked looking elf with that if it was on DA series.

I think the idea with that screenshot was to showcase hairstyles that didn't hide the face in any way while still going, "Looook! Pretty side braid! Handsome long hair on men! You liiiiiike?"

You can actually make an elf in SR4, the CC is so detailed that you can morph each part of the ear. BioWare, plzcopy.

I want Hawke bangs (well, maybe they don't have to go across the nose like that), with a nice ponytail.  Not a plastic ponytail with greasy antenna bangs!  I can't even imagine how hard it is to create natural looking hair, but I'm still going to ask for it.

I know that they won't go as detailed as they did in the Definitive Edition of Tomb Raider for the next gen, but anything close to that would be awesome. Haaaaair physics pleaaaaase.

Personally, one thing I'd like in the CC is numbered sliders. Wrestling games have been doing this for years (among others) and it makes sharing a character formula much, much less of a pain.

Probably.  But I don't like. The braid was nice, but I didn't care for the frame around her face.  It needs to be softer, IMO.

I didn't like the harsh bangs they had in the previous games, though.  Modders did a much better job with the softer bangs.  And I totally agree with the ponytail.  I wanted a ponytail so bad in vanilla DAO but that thing looked like a rat-tail (that belonged on a 7 year old child).  It needed to be more full, a little lower and certainly less S shaped.  Nothing like trying to save the world looking like you have a pot-handle attached to your head.  What darkspawn would take you seriously?  But when you show up with a full, lush, beautiful mane of hair...well, then they know you mean business.

Eyepatches.  Facial hair that doesn't give your character Superman jaw.  Good looking scars.  And more hairstyles and moustaches/beards.  That is all.
