I'll often see something weird like a Fury carrying a PPR I with a Stability Damper, the other Mod slot empty and the Operative Package. It's obviously all they've got unlocked so they just equip what they've got.

 

I'm definitely with you on the no equipment thing. Past experience has taught me that very often a PUG with no equipment would rather wipe on wave 7 and take the Silver money than use a Medi-Gel. Which I've never understood as the extra credits for wave 10 on Gold would pay for a Jumbo Equipment Pack containing at least 5 of every consumable. PUG logic.

You're right, man. I should have no standards at all in a Gold PUG and give everyone with noob stats the benefit of the doubt, just in case they are among the 1% of such players that can actually pull their weight in Gold.

 

Then I'll go on to feed the poor, adopt some orphans, take in a few stray kittens, and leave prostitutes alone with my wallet.

I don't have standards against pugs, all I ask is that they have equipment on in a Platinum lobby and they're not a Destroyer with Striker + Arc Pistol.

I always try my best to be the most annoying flamer GT out there. Now I think about it, getting kicked is probably a good thing and means I am actually good at what I do.

It's even better when you don't even make it into the lobby get the kick message while joining.

You mean the ones with 500 CP. I have been playing gold since I had 800 CP and see it as a standard difficulty. If you find gold hard until you had 5k CP, the only reasonable explanation that comes to me would be that (excuse me) you are not very intelligent and need time to study things.
Plus if you decided you would like to be a jerk because of me, you have my apologies but leave those orphans and kittens alone please.
