Explosive rounds are so useless...i'll usually equip them for silver matches just to see what damage they do and even with that i'll qeuip exposive ammo III, which barely does any damage. I'm scared to see what type of damage (if any) explosive ammo Ior II does...
They're DEVASTATING against swarmers, they can singlehandedly kill ALL of them if you shoot the ravager, what else could do that?
Moreover they make the krysae sound when they detonate, what more could you ask for?
-lag is an obvious winner;
-lobbies preset to geth (not a big problem while in lobby - i quit)
-when somebody casts flamer from behind and blinds me totaly
-when three other guys are spaming chain overload on a small map, effectivly blocking all my powers

It's probably in response to the "... tired of seeing ... " part of the topic; I'm really bored of seeing AIU + Reegars in gold PuGs with or without equipment; don't see so many TGI/Harriers these days.
It's nothing to do with good/bad or whatever - but there are a whole load of kits to choose from all of which are more than capable on gold (platinum if played well) - so why so many people seem to use so few kits is beyond me. I can't even remember the last time I saw a QFE or Volus Sentinel in a gold game that wasn't being used by me or someone on my fiends list.

I could care less what weapons people use, but open mics drive me insane. If you're going to use a mic, put it on push to talk. Having to hear everything in the game twice is just irritating.

Some open mics can be oddly relaxing to listen to.

Being rushed to ready up while I'm reading BSN threads. Like they can't wait 5 more minutes until I'm done. Selfish players. 
Host leaving after everyone else ready up. Like it takes five - ten minutes for three people to hit the green button and as soon as countdown starts tadaaa, host migration.
(I suspect part of this is host going afk after match, not caring his lobby is filling up in a meantime and as they return, they realize another game is about to start, but seriously...get out if you don´t intend to play)
