I've done about 3 full playthroughs and so far I have yet to see any ceremony at the end. I get the scene where Alistair is made king (and even playing as a noble human who chose to marry him, I was not there with him). Then it cuts to the scene after that with him honoring me as the one who led the battle. Shouldn't there be a ceremony in there somewhere? Am I missing something? Are there some strange conditions where I wouldn't get that scene?
Never get the ceremony at the end...?

If you're talking about a wedding, you're not married at the end of Origins. Alistair is the one who is King, so he is in the coronation scene. There's some dialogue in the Alistair cameo in Awakenings about the marriage, bu you never get a scene ingame for the wedding. It's the same way with the male Warden marries Anora scenario. There are probably some mods on PC though that will let you add in the wedding scene.

I think this is the mod you need: The Royal Wedding I think that there's also a proposal mod, but I'm not sure.
