Yeah cause it's so more realistic for a man to be able to kill giant dragons and stone golems with a sharpened piece of scrapmetal. ![]()
No female warriors...Let me explain first.

Oh, and let's not forget Boudicca! She was Queen of the Iceni, a Celtic peoples living in Roman occupied Southern England. The Romans allowed her husband to keep his authority, but when he died, they refused to acknowledge Boudicca as regent and took over. She was having none of that; she became their Queen anyway, and she lead them into battle against the Empire. Though they were ultimately defeated after she died in battle, they had many stunning victories.
The photo I've attached is of her statue in London.
yea she was good an all but she was nothing compared to the likes of queens sheba, the one-eyed queen of nubia, or Kandice. they had legions of armys and war elephants no european queen can match the war mastery of the kandakes.

Have u guys ever heard of the warrior queens of ethiopia there were damn near unbeatable. One even made alexander the great reatreat. The ledgend says once he say how big her army was and how many war elephants she had he did not even try to engage her. I her name was kandice i think. Ethiopia had a lot of powerful warrior queens.
Wait...you praise Ethiopian warrior queens, but your post states that you do not think female warriors are believable? I'm sorry I don't understand. Am I missing something?
...and then you respond to my post about Boudicca saying she's nothing compared to other queens? I am so confused.

I mean come on, look how bad ass Nakano Takeko is. We should turn this thread into a celebration of female warriors.
Julie D Aubigny was a talented operatic singer who was recruited due to a director hearing her sing insults at her enemies. She was a fencer and killed tons of men in combat, a great lover and fighter she seems to be more story book than real, but she was incredible in a lot of ways

Sigh this has to be one of your worst threads yet and that's saying something considering some of your threads like Morrgaincan't have aged 10 years because DA2 took place over 10 years so she cannot be 30-40 in DAI because that would make tge ogb 40 lol.
There are plenty of women who were warriors, there are plenty of women who can fight, there are plenty of women solider, pirate's, samura, etc throughout our history and throughout theads's aswell hell even WOT disagree with you and the grey wardens amoung other things.
Cassandra wasn't supposed to ccompletely annihilate the gatel ike that and have already said numerous times the abilities were keyed up far beyond what they were supposed to be.
This thread will get locked quickly, and stop with this whole curve thing it's getting annoying and downright odd.
what?

And in not-so-ancient times, there was an entire army of female soldiers in Africa. History has almost entirely forgotten them, but I believe they existed until the 1700s or 1800s. Though they were ultimately defeated, they were extremely tough ladies and their defeat was a near thing. Even after the main body of their army was defeated, a few of them still launched guerilla style attacks for a while. Can't remember the precise story behind it--I'm sure someone with more interest in history would know.
No it was Brass that brought it up,

I'm not saying you are lying about there being skilled female warriors. The better question is: Why are you saying such when your OP states you think the opposite?

the main point of the op is that i made no sense to force us to play through DA2 with avalie as the only sheild tank. She was not tall or big or had any musicle mass that i could see.
#75
Posté 11 mars 2014 - 05:37
First of all it made no sense for avaline to be a tank. If you going to give us those kind of fighters then atleast make them look the part. But women warrior just do not make any sense(especialy tearing down a giant door to a keep The devs have yet to explain that)1. First of all if we dont not lie to ourselves there were no women warriors. at least not like they are portaiyed in Games2. I dread the idea of having to choose a female tank for the whole game like in DA2. This is soley for looks of course. But cassandra being a tank just does not work nor does any female warrior. Its easy to pretend it works cause that what we see in our society but in reality female warriors are just easy targets. and even though its a video game it should steel have SOME element of realism. and i dont see how a female can fight a giant cyrstal monster3. The truth is hard i know but men are naturaly stronger than men. unless you have a situation were u have a women body builder and a WOW male gamer. But i know that when i post this the BSN feminist army is going to go all out on me but its just Aizen's OP
...CURVE
1. Actually, they have. The shield bash knocking down the gate was a placeholder animation.
2. Quite a few cultures had female warriors and no real life warrior could compate to a video game one, male or female
3. But you can see how a man can?
