People seem to have problem with understanding the entertainment value of this thread. Some hardheads are throwing around even banns.

There seem to be lack of understanding that op means Aveline is not suited for the task physically, even this is just a game. In a way op is still correct. Those examples we have seen here are 1 out of 10000 woman who were able to take part in the battles in old times (modern day not withstanding because firearms). The crude fact is that men are more suited in physical fights, in times when sword and axe were weapons to be used women were not part of the battlefield crew. Simple as that. And tank in those times were large men wealding large weapons. As an example axe men who were used in armies to shock and awe enemies with their size and power.

The relative lack of female warriors historically surely has nothing to do with the fact that women have been barred from combat for most of the known age no it must be because they simply aren't fit for it.

Of course men and women have different qualities, but in term of physical strength and agility, that is depend on individual. Being a woman doesn't make automatically weak, being a man doesn't make automatically strong.

 

There are weak men and strong women, but peoples always look at stereotypes. Of course women are weaker in sense, and men are strong in sense, but it doesn't make you are automatically weak or strong because you are born as woman or man.

 

Being a warrior is not something you born to become, it need practice training, knowledge...compare a woman who is trained to become a warrior and a man who is not trained at all, the woman is far stronger the man

Except it has much more to do with what was expected of the genders and their role. It is hard because when the world is against you, only the absolute best of the best get through, which is why many famous women warriors are also known for their ruthlessness. I mean c'mon its a GAME about heroes with fictional characters and many guys dont want a woman to fight in it. I mean several great women fighters first got their experience as pretending to be men so they could even get into a fight.

Now admittedly, the average man is stronger than the average woman, and the average woman is quicker and more agile than the average man. That said, I have known several women who were stronger than the average guy. For example my gf is stronger than her brother who has the same job. She is not huge and in fact Aveline reminds me of her a lot. And he is tough not small, and very strong. Too me, he is a brick, I couldnt budge him. That said, when they work, she can lift more. She is that way naturally and they both know it and she does the heavy lifting in the shop when he cant.
