I am trying to buy/download the Omega DLC for the PC from the legacy site (http://social.bioware.com/page/me3-dlc)  but I only get as far as the screen with the options for PC/Xbox etc. When I click on the option button for PC nothing happens.

 

Please advise!

It's the own PC button refers to.

 

Or you buy/download the DLC directly from Origin which is the easiest way since the DLC needs Origin to download anyway.

You don't have to search for it. Just right click on Mass Effect 3 and choose "Show game details" (or something alike - I only have the German version). If you scroll down a bit you'll find all the DLCs.

Go to your origin game library and in mass effect 3 go to downloadable content, and there it is.

Thanks for the advice - typically I only noticed that after downloading the dlc using the other link
