Currently I am about finished with a run that had Garrus killing Sidonis in ME2. Normally I don't let him do it but i wanted to see how it would change Garrus in 3. So far I have not seen any change which disappoints me but I do have a way of missing things even when they are right in front of me. My question is is there any difference in either Garrus or the story if you let him take the shot vs stopping him? I am up to taking out Cerberus and having done all DLC but Citadel.
Garrus LM carried into ME3?

Nope. Garrus remains completely unchanged, no matter if you kiiled Sidonis, spared Sidonis, or didn't even bother with the loyalty mission.
