Horrible, horrible hairstyles. Also Sandal and Bohdan.
Things you're pretty sure will be in the game

Well aren't you a ray of sunshine? :<
Yes. A realistic one that shines brightly (somewhat like a diamond) on all things equally including folly. ~shrug~ I mean have fun but I feel like this kind of thread is gonna be used by some disillusioned folk for what "should have been" in the game once its released. As long as people keep in mind that the game shouldn't be competing with unsubstantiated expectations then it's all good.

*With Sten-like gusto and enthusiasm*It's fun to be silly. You should try it sometime.
On a more serious note, though (since you requested it), I think we'll probably see a lot of new heraldry added for new factions. Since we can wander the world, it will establish some background lore if the next game is set just in one province or city again. So we won't be going in blind.
There will more than likely be several new major cities. I'd say we'll get to revisit Denerim. Not sure about Kirkwall, after the DA2 ending.
I am being silly.
I contributed to this thread on the second page.
Might as well do another one:
Part of the main story will feature another trip to the Fade, but you will be guided Dante's Inferno style. Your guide will be modeled after a Miley Cyrus and Justin Bieber hybrid and played by Isaiah Mustafa in the style of his Old Spice commercials.
The climax of the game will feature a duel between the Inquisitor and the OGB (if you did not do the Dark Ritual, sucks to be you) right before you deal the killing blow, Oghren bursts in out of nowhere, riding a DeLorean and yells "Don't kill him! He's your father!"

Today it just hit me that the inquisitor should go to Amaranthine keep to try and discover the secret forumla for lyrium bombs. You know, the formula for creating explosives that the dwarf standing next to Wade created if your warden gave him enough lyrium powder. In the epilogue it's said that the dwarf was assassinated by the qunari (who wants to be the only ones with access to explosives), but that he supposedly left clues behind that will lead people to his hidden formula. It could be an optional quest where the inquisitions siege weaponry and footsoldiers are equipped with lyrium explosives as a reward.

I expect there'll be: Cheesy references to other RPG games, good sarcastic dialouge, plot-holes, and a semi-decent default appearance for the protagonist. Some of us are just too lazy to design one.

Companions in DA:A and DA II were all immemorable and annoying, except for Varric.
There were no real connections or bonds between protagonist and companions either. Everything felt hollow&shallow.
