When I play ME1 a second time with the same character. So i asked myself which decision will be regarded? Those I made while the first ? Does anybody know how it will work?

I'm pretty sure it'll only take into account your last playthrough. Meaning if this is your second, and you finish it, it'll recognise the 2nd playthrough. If its your 3rd time and again, you finish it, then it'll recognise the decisions you made in the 3rd playthrough. The only cumulative that it would take into account is your player level. Money and omnigel, well I'm not so sure...
