The most visually appealing to me is the alternate Survivor banner by RedLineR91, but for now I stick to the Volus Biotic God.

Alt N7, because nothing says bad ass like the back of my helmet..... I never change it and It's been the alt n7 banner ever since it came out pretty much. Not that i don't like any of the other banners. One thing i can say is I will never have the BotB banner and even if i did have it I would never wear it, since nearly everyone i've ever played with who wears it can't play worth a sheet. So i just assume it's like catching a virus that drags u down and makes u suck at this game once you earn it and equip it...

DrellGod and Machinist are my favorites. The alt Survivor, Outsider, and Nomad are nice and the Cyber Warrior banner has grown on me.

Biotic God alternate banner, because I created it.
I asked BioWare: is Drell Adept the best adept? by sending this banner, and BioWare confirmed it.
Seriously though, I admire some of the banners more than my BG, but the memories of that evening when the winners were announced are hard to surpass.
