I really missed the boat on this one. I know the guy was funny as all hell, but why is everyone hell bent on seeing him return?

I reached into his tree stump and got bitten by something, I don't trust him.
If you brought Zevran, his nimble fingers were able to grab the item out for you. (Doesn't matter that your dexterity and cunning was better than his, apparently)

Really? He was funny, but that's all.
If i would ask for something that should return inIquisition, then it's the combinable magic-spells. I thought it was a cool feature in Origins and one i wished to be more extended. With frostbite3 and physics that would be awesome. Like: oh, there's a barrel with oil. throw it with a force-spell at the enemy and let a fireball follow to make it explode.
But most without a doubt and sadly we won't get that.
