I read and posted on a forum recently that stated that there was a DLC sale for ME3, but it was only in the EU region. Why doesn't NA ever get a sale? It doesn't seem fair to me so I was wondering if there was a reason why this doesn't happen. I really want to play ME3 to it's 100%, but the DLCs are just too expensive IMO.

It comes down to what I said in the topic in question: the European PSN handlers (it's a wholly separate division responsible for all its output and upkeep) are generally just a great deal more appealing about their sales. I've seen a trend there for ages and it doesn't seem to be changing anytime soon.

I've heard of no such thing. Besides, no DLC for Mass Effect is listed on the Origin Store.

There's some miscommunication at work here.

The topic creator is referencing a recent European PlayStation Network sale.

EU PSN tend to get much better stuff than its US conterpart. It is known. Just check those free games for PS+: we've been whining this for years. Nothing has chagned, and nothing will change soon.

Okay…. Are my eyes deceiving me? Did the Citadel DLC get reduced in pricing?!!!

https://store.sonyen...itadel-ps3.html

It is now $7.49!! Is this part of the FLASH sale this weekend? Because if so, that means I should buy it NOW!

You should while you have the chance. Sales for Mass Effect are rare and it might not come up again for a while.

Yup, I gave in and bought it last night, haha. Now……. If only From Ashes or Leviathan gets 50% off as well… I'll buy them both.

Or in the case of PC users with regards to DLC, non-existent.

Unless its being done for the PC version, I don't think BioWare/EA has any say if DLC or the games go on sale.  From my limited understanding unless EA will be receiving less then what they agreed upon per unit sold they can't prevent something from being put on sale.

I am hoping that with future BioWare games they won't be using BioWare Points for the PC versions and will have the DLC on sale as the same time as the game, like Dead Space 3 has been.

HAHA…. decided to check the store again today just for kicks… looks like Citadel is back to $14.99. Guess it was a good thing I bought it while it was 50% off, lol. Hopefully From Ashes and Leviathan will go down….. eventually…..

Flash sale on all of the DLC of Mass effect, even the Trilogy! Everything 50% off!

I'm gonna laugh if they become free one day like when Omega became free….
