You know, I love that gun; until boss time.  After trying to kill primes and atlases and praetorians with it, I put it in the recycler.

 

Seriously though, I just can't pull off that Feneckus "Like a Baws" like he can.

 

Well, to use that gun right you have to understand it's a niche gun: trying to kill bosses with it is... Not so smart

Bring a secondary. Hurricane, CSMG, they all work.

The Supressor would easily be one of the most overpowered things in this game, if not for its crippling ammo shortage.

OP question: What are your top 3 favorite heavy pistols?

 

=> subjective list, therefore talon doesn't have to be included.

Scorpion for the stagger, paladin for the precision, eagle is underrated.

Talon is deadly just not a favorite. The suppressor would be top of the list if had the eagle's spare ammo.

I used to really like the Executioner, but then I realized that

 

(1) The Arc Pistol is better on casters

 

(2) The Black Widow is better on non-casters

1. Acolyte (anything that takes a dump on phantoms, imo, is top tier)

2. Talon (my novaguard never goes anywhere without it, it's super handy and stronk)

3. Scorpion (it also handles phantoms, but i'm a bit of a butterfingers so it doesn't work as reliably for me lol)
