So I completed, Arrae: Ex-Cerberus Scientists and collected the Turian poison. And Minos wastelands says it's 100% but it blinks on the Galaxy Map, indicating I have a mission there, but not giving any information for it. The only missions in my journal right now are,

 

Priority: Thessia

Citadel: Shore Leave(CItadel DLC)

Citadel: Cerberus Ciphers

Citadel: Aria T'Loak(Omega DLC)

Citadel: Dr. Bryson(Leviathan DLC)

 

Is this a bug?

 

Also is the cut-off for those DLC's coming up soon? Don't want to miss it before losing the Citadel lol

Yes, this is a bug concerning the planet Aequitas. Maybe something was originally planned at first but now its just a glitch. Similar bug in the Caleston Rift if you don't have Leviathan DLC.
