But it should have just been left out all together, and its going to screw things up in ME3 if people still want it around.

This happened in Fable 2 and it was crap as well, I did loads of bad things randomly throughout the game but my good was at 100% and I still had red eyes and all these blue face marks.

It has been explained that the reconstruction process requires calm and general happiness in order to take. If you partake in renegade activities, it deteriorates. It has also been explained that even if you decide to go full renegade, you can pay to have it healed.
