Nope. The sound stays the same.

2. Headbutting and backhanding  mooks into space with a krogan.

 

3. Scoring headshots with the Javelin.

 

4. Cryo freezing health targets and shattering with powers or melee.

 

5. Stasis headshot on mooks with a shotgun asari vanguard/adept.

 

6. Wraith, claymore and graal - all fun to use.

 

7. Use of crowd control biotics such as Pull - unfortunately they have been completely broken because of enemy health mechanics, and I hope they sort it out in ME4.

 

Those are my favourite things in the game.

Oh you have no idea. PUGs sometimes get on their mics to rage at me, even the ones that were silent the whole time before that. It's quite an accomplishment, considering that on PC people rarely ever talk.

Yeah! I love that feeling of killing the last enemy of each wave... Doesn't happen often though which makes it all the more satisfying.

I greatly enjoy Lashing Phantoms and Nemeses off the map. Even though Phantoms have those annoying rocket boots you can still send them flying off the map if you're persistent enough.
