Just ordered my copy of ME2 off Amazon (Really Excited =D) but I didn't see any "Release Day Delivery" button or option so I'm curious, Should I expect it to arrive on the 29th? (Yes I live in Europe)

Amazon deal with UPS for delivery, and i frquentelly pre-orders books from thems (I buy game at gamestop.com) The books pre-order are normally delivered on release date. so i guess it's the case for video games... they dont put option for that it's standard procedure for everyone that pre-orders

I've ordered many things off amazon but never pre-ordered, however I'd say expect release date delivery, it should definitely be there on saturday as i have heard they are known to send items off before release dates and even turning up before release date.

With Amazon, One-Day Shipping means that you'll get it the day of release, or within 2 days, even without a Release Day Delivery option. Not really a long wait time.

technically Amazon promises nothing on who they send, just on how quickly they will get it there, so if USPS can do it faster they send them.

Amazon is always odd with delivery. Sometimes it will say to expect lets say a game two days after release date.
For said game to arrive 1 day BEFORE release date. Thats assuming you choose the fastest delivery choice.

Well that only depends if there is no release day delivery, and you can only do overnight. That mainly happens cause Amazon has no clue when it will get it's copies, and to try and get it in fast for overnight they will sometimes send the copies as soon as they have them, thus getting them early
Release day delivery on the flip side means Amazon has had the copies for awhile, or thinks they will have the copies at least before the release day so they can send them out on time.

Don't get to worried by Amazon's shipping estimates on pre-orders, they're super super conservative. I've had games and books in hand before they were even supposed to ship them to me according to their estimate.
Assuming that the games get to Amazon soon enough, they'll probably start shipping over the weekend, and depending on how close you live to a distribution center even with the Free Shipping one might have the game in hand on Tuesday.
(All of this applies to Amazon USA only)
