And by next Dragon Age game, I mean the next one after DA:I. What would be your pick?

I'd vote for the Anderfels. The weak monarchy and potential politcal intrigue involving the Grey Wardens would make for an interesting setting. Also Weisshaupt fortress...and did I mention Grey Wardens?  B)

The Deep Roads.  I'd like an all subterranean game.

In this one we see Ferelden, Orlais, Nevarra and The Free Marches with maybe some influences from the other more nordic ones, but with the inability to visit them.

I'd say the next one will play itself by the same rules as this one, but in reverse. I think we'll see Tevinter, The Anderfels, Antiva, Rivain and maybe the qunari controlled lands: Seheron and Par Vollen.

And yes, I'm one of those guys that thinks the fourth installment will have as its main focus ( or at leats one of them ) a qunari invasion on the human controlled lands.

I'd like a future DA game set in the Tevinter Imperium and have the main character play a slave who eventually leads a revolt against the Magisters.

Hopefully, Tevinter and/or Antiva.

Northern Thedas. As in, Tevinter, Seheron, etc.

Inquisition seems to be covering most of the south. I imagine next time we'll be closer to the equator.

The next Dragon Age will be a expedition to unknown lands outside of Thedas!

Personally, I'd like to one day see that Jade Empire and Dragon Age share the same world, and we venture over there.

Depends on where DAI takes us.

But I'd like to visit Tevinter at some point.

Tevinter, most of all.

I'd also be interested in seeing Nevarra, Par Vollen, and Rivain.

Loooove this idea!

Anything but the same old mage/templar conflict would be great.

Does Thedas have a moon? I vote we go to the moon.

Tevinter. It will allow us to see a completly new kind of culture and politics. And if the next game is set around a qunari invasion (which I think is very likely) we'll be right at the centre of the action.
Also, stop stealing my topics, dammit. http://forum.bioware...s/?fromsearch=1
Joking of course ;)

There was a thread suggesting this that for some reason got locked (not sure what the reason was however from what I have seen the overzealous moderators don't need much reason) but I actually really like this idea, especially if it be about pirates!

It should become an MMO.

And the planet is a planet in the Mass Effect universe.

I am extremely interested in visiting Antiva. I've been intrigued since I found that Zevran is my favorite LI. Also, I really really want to see something done with the forest of Arlathan!

No, it should fill in the story line gaps, start will the first blight and the creation of the grey wardens. Having origins start where it did, is like starting a book in the middle.

That wouldn't make much sense. We have all these conflicts being built up over the course of DA:O, DA2, and maybe DA:I, and to just drop them and start at a new time period would be... odd.

And another game centering around Grey Wardens/a Blight would be dull.

Not good enough. They need to start with the creation of the universe. The story will be incomplete until we see the formation of the continents and the evolution of the various species for ourselves.

And in real-time too. Don't skip a single detail.

Par Vollen, only if given the option to correct the Tyranny of the Qun. Otherwise, Anderfels or Tevinter.

The way I see it, starting the Dragon Age series with that stuff already in the past isn't so different from playing a game set in present-day Earth. The world and its factions will always have a history, important events and wars that came before the time of the story. As long as they provide enough details about that history and how it influenced the current state of things in my character's time period, that's enough for me.
