Hey, I still payed for the game, I am just sick of waiting.

I got it on Xtralife, BTW (the CE). and it cost me 62 €, in other words 87$, so I think I kind of have the right to play it early, no? As long as it's after the 26th, I mean

Trust me when I say that we as Europeans are blessed with our rights, since we're generally better off as a customer than ANYWHERE in the world (Suck it US! Just kidding, just kidding.), but a delay (something not confirmed as Europe-wide, mind! For now, only countries that have localized editions.) does not mean you can commit a felony.

"Hey, guys. I just bought a car. It won't be here for two more weeks, so I'm just gonna take my neighbour's car. Hey, I paid for mine, didn't I?"

I don't think the police would take that as a satisfactionary reason, would you?

Uh, no. You play it when EA/BioWare allow you to. I put down my £40 (45 Euros) for Mass Effect 2's Digital Deluxe Edition about 20 minutes ago, but I'm no more entitled to play it than anyone else.

I remember not long ago GTA IV wasn't playable until release date, so even if you pre-purchased it you couldn't play it until the day retail editions were released.

Totally not the same thing. More like, Since my CE hasn't arrived yet, I'm gonna borrow the game from a friend who lives next door (cause the normal edition wasn't delayed), until mine arrives then I'll uninstall it and install mine.

no pun intended with the word borrow.

that's why I said AFTER RELEASE, in other words, I should aleady have it on the 29th, but don't because someone did something stupid.

That's my point.



You are not entitled to commit a crime while you are waiting for your legal version to arrive.

If you DO feel you are entitled to something, you can always try to contact either Electronic Arts or Bioware and see if they would be willing to compensate you for your loss.

I'm inside too in GAME forums, but admins don't say anything about the CE, anyone said nothing, maybe the day before the launch, they will say something xDDDDd

Everyone else who ordered a CE has to wait, why shouldn't you? The 26th is the release date for the US, not EU anyways.

Yeah, I knew about this. Today i just saw that gamestop had changed the release date marked on the website.

Y me da igual, tengo tiempo libre desde el día 26, no puedo estar hasta el cuatro sin jugar. Me compraré la edición normal. =D Antes solía ser una maniática de estas cosas, comprando siempre las ediciones más especiales de todo. Ahora ya me da igual, y soy más feliz.

Bueno, ahora a ver si no se agota la edición normal, o algo de eso.

Aquí "poca" gente conoce Mass Effect, no te preocupes por eso.

... deberíamos abrir un grupo de españoles infiltrados en bioware =P

Cuando reserve el ME2 CE pense que no quedarian ediciones y que deberia haber masas de gente agolpandose ante las tiendas por reservarlo.... pero no... soy el primero y el unico de las listas de reservas de ME2 en Cartagena xDDDDDd
