I've never . . .

What?
You should bring him to the Flotilla for Tali's loyalty mission. Well worth it.

I've never taken Tali on a mission in ME1
Or just to the Citadel...

I've never played a Mirimancer playthrough of ME3 till now. I can see why Miranda fans were pissed!
I've never, ever gotten sick of the planet scanning Reaper chase minigame. That was a joke.
I've never not gotten upset at Grunts heroism at the end of the Rachni mission, even though I know he'll survive. Cause I like Grunt.

I hated the reaper chase minigame. Not ashamed to say every time I enter a system, i run around finding where everything is, die then do a one sweep pickup from the autosave.
I have enough multiplayer/DLC assets to avoid needing to planet scan to unlock all the endings. So now I just skip most of them entirely. It really cuts down on the play hours.

I've never:
-played male Shep
-romanced anybody else than Liara(and that's something I have no intention on changing)
-cheated on Liara
-sided with quarians only
-sold Legion to Cerberus
-failed to save Jack on Grissom academy(plan to fix it one of these days though)
-sacrificed Council in ME1
-killed Wrex in ME1 or 3
-played full renegade
-choosen Control(I only choose Synthesis once, first playthrough and even that was by mistake... never since and never again)
-sided with Morinth
-played as sentinel(planning on fixing it soon)
-put Udina on the Council
I'm sure there's more, but that's all I remember now.

Gibbed saved me so much pain in subsequent ME2 playthroughs... though it is nice to read the planet descriptions at least once. There's some juicy tidbits tucked away in some of them.I have enough multiplayer/DLC assets to avoid needing to planet scan to unlock all the endings. So now I just skip most of them entirely. Thank goodness for gibbed, all the games have such annoying grinding/harvesting parts.

lol fail.
You don't need to die. If the Reapers start chasing you just go outside the system (jump to FTL) and come back in. You have a few seconds when they bwong! you and a few more seconds before their speed is greater than yours. Also time freezes when you're in orbit so scan and pick-up assets to your heart's content.
Pro-tip: When you exit a system via FTL you'll enter at the opposite end. Use this to your advantage to strategically place yourself closer to the scanned assets.
I never leave a system before I 100% it and I ping like crazy if I don't find the assets. The only time I die is if I click/drag too far off to one side and the ship stops moving, which happened like twice, ever.

Well it's quicker on a pc running the game on ssd's, can't speak for the ps3/360.

I've never let Jona Sederis out of jail. Even as a full Renegade, there's just no valid reason for doing it.

I did once, just to do one of those things I've never done, But, just like I will never kill the rachni queen again, I will never free Jona Sederis.

It's quicker to scan the entire system identifying everything then reload and then do it one sweep, rather than ducking in and out.

It's even quicker still if you modify the scan radius in Coalesced.bin. Get one big scan, ping everything at once in a system, and never have to worry about the reapers again. The setting is m_fscandetectionrange, if anyone is interested.

I free her and get her 2nd in command to bump her off.

I didn't realize you could free her and have Sayn kill her. I know you can keep her in prison and then have him kill her, though. Is there any significant difference by freeing her first and then having her killed?

Maybe... but then you don't get to troll the Reapers.

I would do that. Except he's a wimp. I don't trust him to pull it off. Now if I could cap her myself...

Since I played the game numerous times, I printed this out for myself when planet scanning to avoid any chance of being caught by the reapers

That's what I do aswell, the galaxy is better off with her dead.

Same for me too. It helps that I've pretty much memorised where all the fuel and items are. I struggled at first to remember the names of the planets, but then I realised that many of the planets we scan in ME3 are actually planets we have been to in previous games during side quests and such, Pragia and Feros being the most obvious, which helped me remember them all.
