I've never allowed any thresher maw I encountered to live (always used the Cain in Grunt's loyalty mission too).
I've never . . .

Does that mean that you have good reasons for not playing FemShep, or that you play FemShep for bad reasons?
And in either case, what are those?

Well, for the latter, I once did a FemShep playthrough of ME2 purely to romance Jacob, since I share my name with him.
"What's your intention, Jacob?"
That's probably a bad reason to play her. I never was very mature.

It seems to me that the way the story is told is unchanged regardless of the gender of the PC. As for believability, I'm curious as to what one must suspend disbelief for, at least in the broader scope of the story.

It's common knowledge that only men are capable of saving the world and/or galaxy.

Eh, maturity is over rated anyway ![]()

You asking me
I'm just curious. I've played both genders for the entire trilogy, and save for the difference in options for LI, the most I've gotten out of the story that turns out differently based on gender is some gender-specific dialogue, and some alternate behavior for a handful of characters. Off the top of my head, the only ones I can recall are Harkin in Chora's Den, calling femShep "princess" and making comments about how she looks in her armor, the batarian Blue Suns merc recruiter that says "Well, aren't you sweet? You're in the wrong place, honey. Stripper's corner is that way." and the turian harassing the asari dancer if you decide to intervene during Samara's loyalty mission.

Well i know its just a game so being realistic should not matter but if you compare them femshep has no muscle theres no way she could carry all that gear and stuff like me2 where she one hits two male turians at the bar just makes me laugh at how stupid that looks or when you hit saren when he grabbed you she has no power in her punches but it hurts him you could say thats nitpicking but i cant play a story of a thin girl and be like yeah she can do all that stuff it just looks better from broshep cause of his body looks the part of a soldier

There's also that one time where FemShep comments on how Wrex should listen to women more often because they actually have good ideas.

That's the same for ManShep, which makes it hard to roleplay ChauvinistShep.

So you're telling me ManShep says "you should listen to us Wrex, we actually have good ideas sometimes?"
Or something close to those lines anyway.

FemShep is an Alliance marine, an N7 graduate. You can be damn sure that she's pretty much on the level with BroShep as fair as raw strength goes. Maybe she bench presses five pounds less than BroShep, but that's not all that much. That the game failed to portray that and made FemShep more girly than she should be is part of appeal to younger male demographic who don't want to watch beefed girls and well... guess they needed her pretty because who has ever seen such thing as strong woman.
And you can be damn sure that if she was real she would kick both your and mine ass and not even sweat it ![]()

BroShep: "You should listen to us Wrex. We actually have good ideas sometimes."
Wrex: "....Shepard?"
BroShep: "What?"
Wrex: "You mean humans, or women?"
BroShep: "Sure, why not?"

Also, I saw picture of FemShep making love to Wrex while looking for this.

You know she benches more than 100 since she is able to pick up Kaidan/Ashley on Mars after he/she is injured.

Have we ever seen femshep flex? I know people who can work themselves to death in the gym and never gain bigger muscles, but they sure as hell could kick my ass. Everyone has different body types just because you can't see muscles doesn't mean they aren't there.
