Did it with my canon FemShep. You're really not missing much. Guy's blander than Jacob.
Well she didn't romance Garrus in ME2 so he's out and I already have a Traynor romance, and Liara
well, I don't think I need explain that

Who are you and what have you done with the real Steelcan?
I don't think Kaidan's bland. But you do spend 1.5 games fighting, and the drama was too much for me. I really hate Liara's romance. Garrus,Thane, and Sam are all really good.

I meant that she isn't an option ![]()

Ouch, poor Kaidan. Guy is my second favorite romance after Jack.
See, for me, it's the other way around.
And the fact that he pissed off Aria makes him all right in my books.
Out of curiosity, why do you dislike Aria? I thought she was one of the more reasonable leaders in ME3.

One thing about Aria. I thought her couch should have been worth at least 1000 war assets.

I didn't grow up in the Middle East but I don't need to, to know terrorists and possibly also some things the West does over there are worse than my local street gang or Mafia chapter.
Remoteness only takes you so far.
There is no comparison between Aria's highly localized brand of dirty dealings, which would go on (worse) without her and the things Cerberus does, all over the galaxy, solely at their discretion.

Aria is still an arrogant piece of criminal scum though. It just happens that she has no need (or much ability for that matter) to put Shepard on the receiving end of her bad side. The fact that others might get up to worse doesn't make her any better, and her motivations are as bad if not worse.
I've never let Garrus get killed on Omega, until I let it happen just now to see what happens. Apparently it results in mission failure, so no big whoop.

Arrogant I'll give you. Criminal? I don't think so. There is no law on Omega (barring the One Rule I suppose) for her to break and there is no proof of lawbreaking when she was elsewhere. We can assume but assumptions don't lead to convictions. Morally questionable? If you like.
As far as I'm concerned, she does what she needs to and I can respect that. And there's no "might". Plenty of people do get up to worse, quite frequently and get in my way just as frequently.
Aria's attitude of "you are going to kiss my ass and like it" is what turned me off of her
It was a little better in 3 but yeah, in 2 it grated me a bit as well.
Would've been better if we could've continued to retort.
Aria:... And on your ship that would matter.
Shepard: You want me to make it matter here as well? *cue glare down.
You've gotta admit, though, she does do a damned good impression of that nun from The Blues Brothers.Aria's attitude of "you are going to kiss my ass and like it" is what turned me off of her

Aria's attitude in ME2 works well for her when she's in a stable position of power independent of Shepard, but it wouldn't work so well if she's including Shepard in this little trip of hers. There's no way that Shepard would or should follow any orders from her, since her authority doesn't much matter when she must rely on Shepard to clear the Cerberus mooks out of Omega, not to mention relies on Shepard to save the whole galaxy. Aria would have been stupid to be combative and indifferent to Shepard when far too much is at stake.

Yeah I get that, but there's a difference between working with someone and joining the cult of Shepard.
There's also a difference between that and implying they should join yours with no recourse for response. Or better said, there's something in the middle- mutual respect and wariness. That's why I like how Omega leaves it off.
