I am honestly proud of myself that I got my post done before It was too late to have character development, especially with my current 2 essays due this weekend. I got one done and the other will be easy so hooray for me. XD

Its all fine.  Mira is the one who is awkward socially.  It only adds to her character  I'm sure she would have no idea an apology was incoming though, so it ought to surprise her.

Avan's the same way. He's especially terrible with girls. And he doesn't like it when random girls want to have sex, he's like, nope. XD

I have to RP a scene with JB (Essul and Naleena) and then it's off to the races again.

 

You knew that shore leave was going to get cancelled. It always does for those with Spectres in the party. If it's not something like this, it's a damned clone who causes it. Don't worry we'll have fun again. Frank can get drunk and wake up with a tattoo on his face some time.

 

My guess is that Morgan and Vayne are sidelined for this mission. So we'll have Ashley Williams with us and fill in with the commandos. This is Mass Effect, so we're going to run into the canon characters once in a while. I guess you just figured out that Kaidan, along with Corporal Jenkins is dead.

Morgan being sidelined makes sense in the story and also, I have another character involved now anyway, so I can also write with the action.

By the way, Frank Eli, I expect your new invisible friend to pull his weight during a fight

@Jensaarai:  See how unfair Mass Effect is?  We need to go back, get Jenkins, and resurrect him with expensive technology.  Why should Shepard get all the love?  Okay, there may be reasons but I'm not listening to them.  Jenkins was full of character and plot.  His opening dialogue moved me to tears (nice on the ME quote by the way, Jensa )

 

Oh and KAIDEN IS DEAD?  Virmire!  Why you make us choose so hard?! :tears of sorrow:

 

By the way, if we ever encounter Shepard, I will roll to disbelieve.  Because Shepard switches between she and he so much, either Shepard is asari, or there's just no Shepard at all.  I'm going with the latter of those two interpretations.

I've another pet peeve - people who tell you "buy this game and we'll get online and play it." They've been online. They buy the game. You buy the game. And then they never are online again. Or they're online playing "Netflix" or "Amazon Video." Which means that while the game is fun and all that, It's a solo session again, and you could have saved $60.

Amen to that. Its why I just cut out friends from the equation. Makes everything a lot simpler.

I know you guys are waiting for "the action," but there's a bit of character stuff I needed to do to set up things. I'm trying to tell a story with this as well and have moments of "feelz" to keep things more real so that we're not feeling rushed. I have two posts to put up before we even get to the meeting. They could be handed in the rushed one paragraph each fashion, but it would be crap. I don't want to write crap. I hope you understand and will bear with me.

 

Please take this opportunity to interact with each other and crew members. Vayne, I'm surprised you haven't had a talk with the cook. He's the only other Krogan on board. Right now Aknot Grag is a one dimensional character. Making him two dimensional would be nice.

 

Frank, I love the demolitions armor. We'll get you in. The enemy has unfortunately placed the explosives around things that we value, so detonating them is not an option. You have to disarm them. I know "Fuuuuuuuu...."
