It's still down on the planet Eingana, its last destination, basically out of communication, fixing its drive as I recall.  It is unable to be detected due to the peculiarities of the atmosphere.

Which begs the question.... Does the Medusa have a Power Rangers Rita magic wand puller upper system to retrieve things they throw out the hanger bay doors?

Actually, I am unashamed to say I am very happy with that piece with RedBelle.  Despite there being no rubber suit monsters mentioned.

You never know, it is a wide open galaxy.  Maybe the rubber suit monsters are waiting to come through an undiscovered relay...

Well..... There's more ways to introduce rubber suits than just monsters if you have a large supply of talc and the patience of a saint.

I'm alive again. At least temporarily... I've been up and down all week. It hasn't been good. Sorry for the lack of writing. I finally got a major piece out today. Pt 1 of it anyway. Pt 2 coming soon, if things "settle down". I hope they do. Mary Jane is keeping things a bit under control today because the other meds can get a little addictive.

Most of the characters are on this ship, see? That ship's called the Janiri. It's pretty fly. It's kinda sorta stranded on a planet right now.

 

Asari Spectre Naleena T'Sarius is runnin' the show.

 

Something about reapers, Protheans, yada yada.

 

Just about everyone is screwing each other, because of course they are. This is the Mass Effect universe we're talkin' about, here. We'll bang, OK?

 

 

Then you got the other ship. The Medusa. Sometimes I'm... not real sure what's going on over there. Still like reading about it, though. Prostitutes and guns. One's a volus, too, so there's that. And then there's this bird straight out of a Hitchcock movie.

 

 

Aaaand then there's the kinda spinoff RP Stormhammer.  It's new, and rather straight forward. For now.

Right. I have a character whom I once used for a fanfiction I once started writing that I may use, or I may make another one entirely. What would I do about joining in? Do I just like start or is there something I actually have to do?

How your character gets in the story actually depends on how you want him/her to appear. But if you want your character to become part of the spectre's crew then I'd suggest asking Julia about this. Maybe there will even  be a nice cutscene to introduce your character 

 

And I think cknarf summarized the story quite well, I couldn't have said it better...

I might just make a new character. It will be easier, and I'll be able to keep to the canon of my original one rather than changing it. I shall go and have a think about characters, one moment.

@Penguin:  Did you change your username?  What was your original character?

Story is set immediately after the events of ME2. The ship is fly. Nice ride. Has an AI who is a smart ass, older and more developed than EDI was. No Pinocchio.

 

I'd suggest making a character with a good history. In addition to the main plot each character has a hero quest which is similar to a loyalty mission except much bigger. Think about something like this for your character. It doesn't have to be right away, but I want to give each character a chance to shine.

 

The plot is long and will probably last through the year. We haven't finished Act 1 yet.
