I'm wondering how much Anika weighs.... considering how much she was lifting I'd say about 350 lbs. and i think that might be on the low side. My comparisons in the posts to a Krogan were not off.

I'm a little curious how tall Anika is as well. Like, I'm starting to get the distinct impression that she might dwarf essul, and even be taller then Vayne, ((6'11)).

 

Anika only has 1 level of height, Taller Then You.

Well, she's 7' tall. And from recent posts was benching over 1000 lbs. Shaq benches 450 lbs. The current world record for unassisted bench press is 722 lbs.

 

So I'm thinking ****! That's Krogan strength. That's like fighting Golt.

I went with the upper limit pressed by Tiny Meeker. True, he didn't really press it. But he held it. Plus she was augmented by space science so I'm going with a higher power to weight ratio, or densified muscle. Those Miranda project guy's got a bit mad scientist near the end of the program where they pushed limits. Anika got out before they really went crazy.

 

And yes, Anika tops out a 7ft. She was trained to fight in a military before being given to a huntress who wasn't allowed to tell her her name and she thinks she was the only one to escape the complex Jess nabbed her from.

I swear my internet service provider is as useless as hensh*t on a pump handle. I need to get several ports opened on my modem. They've done it before. Now they don't do that. I called XBox Live because I can't converse with the headset. They said: check to make sure X ports are open on your modem. You'll have to call your ISP for that. So I called my ISP. My ISP said they don't deal with headsets and to call XBox Live, and that  all they care about is if I have internet service. After I blew a gasket and threatened to disconnect service, they started to answer questions.

 

Now I know that five years ago I was talking with someone who was an actual IT technician and who actually helped me do this, but this service has been discontinued because they can hire people who don't know crap about what they're doing to answer phones for minimum wage. We live in a service economy. More proof America is a third world country: no one knows anything anymore. People who are supposed to provide service don't know how to give it.

 

So they told  me to call the manufacturer of the modem and find out from them how to do it. So the modem manufacturer, I know is going to tell me that they don't do this, and that my ISP is supposed to do this. And I'll call my ISP and tell them to go fly a kite and I'll sign up with the evil empire ISP. And this means I'll have to change my accounts on everything. ARRRRRGGGGGHHHH. And god help me if I forget one of my 100 different accounts.

Are you with comcast now? Cause they made we spend 188 dollars I didn't need to spend. First by telling me I could buy a modem from sprint and connect it in another room of my house to give it wired internet access((Cause my brother wants to play games on his own PC in his own room without risking wifi drop outs)). Then making me pay 100 dollars to set up an appointment with a technician to come to my house and inspect my lines when shock of shocks, the modem I bought doesn't work, cause comcast doesn't do that kind of service, and the person who told me they did was a lying snake. Then made me pay 50 bucks so I could get the same internet that goes from my xfinity modem pumped through the lines to that other room of my house as well, only to be told "Oh, you want to use the same internet, but in two rooms? That's not possible. Sorry"

 

Sorry doesn't refund my 50 dollars up front charge. I had to buy a wire from bestbuy, and wire my brothers PC up to my Modem myself. All because I got led in a circle by a bunch of jersk who didn't have a problem outright lying to me about what they did and didn't do. But at least the technician knew what he was doing, and tried to warn me that I would need to buy a wire to connect them myself to save me the money. Too bad I called up the help center instead of just listening to that guy.

Heh. Comcast out of the blue deleted my account with them.  Like, my email and sh*t were just gone.  Not that I had anything really important in there or anything, but still. I had to make the account again yesterday.

Gmail is my savior for mail, though I suppose that means all my email is copied onto an NSA server somewhere, and a server in China and Russia, and maybe the Ukraine....But it works!

I have Comcast too, which is known as Optimum by me.  It's imperfect.  But I am happier with them than I was with Verizon, believe it or not.

Right now, for media, my PS4 is winning the war because it gives me access to Netflix and YouTube on my 42" screen.  Woo hoo!

I can't help but make squee sounds every time Tallis makes an appearance in the story. She's definitely my favorite commando. Hell, she might even be my favorite npc/minor character in the whole deal.

I nearly jumped form hotmail to Gmail after it wouldn't let me delete over 10000 accrued emails in the bin. Then a few months ago it all started working again and my deleted folder breathed a huge sigh of relief.
