Narf and I are working on something. I'm giving everyone a chance to do one last thing and wrap up things before I move things back to the ship. I know Redbelle has been busy, so if I don't see a post about Anika returning, things could get interesting. Naleena may have to make a tough call.

Anyway, I am posting currently.  The holidays have sort of bushwhacked me with getting things out, and I really, REALLY need to get on stormhammer.  But I'm alive and posting and well, come on I love this story.   I'm gonna get to everyone.  And Dahlia's death is way too tragic to inflict on my other characters.  Well, not by sharks.  Only other villians with depth.  Which, yes, are lurking.

MMmmmm, what is Iyana up to?  I bet she's scalping tickets for Star Wars and the Adele North American tour.

Well, I liked Dahlia, too. Her story arc ran its course. So it was time. I made up my mind to do this yesterday, and I'm fine with it. We haven't had one of our characters die yet, and this was brutal, yes. I'd considered three ways of doing it, but one wouldn't have impacted anyone directly, and the other would have been too heroic and may have given someone a chance to save her. I've been binge watching Game of Thrones. Sorry. Sh*t happens. Dahlia, we mourn your passing. You were a good person. Your life sucked.  

 

She has no next of kin, so I guess the police will have to notify Morgan.
