Narf, don't you know how to do it? You turn on your Xbone, then go get your beer and snacks, then by the time you get back to your sofa it's all signed in and you're on the start screen.

Only one problem with that, Jules. My kitchen and living room might as well be the same area in my tiny shack of a house lol.  Still haven't replaced the sofa...

 

I usually turn on the narrator and navigate from there until it pulls its head out of its ass.  It only started doing it recently, I'm not sure why.

The system is like your phone. You have to manually close out of apps for them to quit. So when you stop playing a game you press the right start button (with the two windows) and select quit. That quits the game. It took me a while to figure that one out. Otherwise sh*t will keep running in the background. 

 

Nothing is ever completely turned off these days.

 

You might want to unplug your console from the back of it before you start it up tonight. Wait about 15 seconds, then plug it back in. Then start up. It will take longer and start to a green screen, but it will run a little faster because it shut down all the running apps.

Hey guys. I come to you via my phone, after attempting to spend my time off transferring my old pc into a new pc case. Attempting because my computer won't start, even though the motherboard is getting power and everything is hooked up. Im too tired to try and fix it tonight, but I'm proud to say I got pretty far after spending hours working on it.

Computer trouble Log Date 2

After coming home from work and drowning my failure in bloodborne and diet coke ((solo'd my first boss. Really proud of that. My PSN gamertag is xsdob)) I attempted to study the problem with my pc. It's receiving power Into the motherboard but I fear my wiring of the power button is off. After trying multiple configurations for the wires, I now suspect I have been using the wrong port. More trial and error is needed, but doing so requires time sitting on a hard floor, which does my back little favors. This phone gives me some solace at least in being able to keep in contact with the outside internet world. Loath as I am to do so, if I cannot fix my pc by the morrow, I shall need to resort to phone posting to rp. And I hate phone posting, especially with my sausage like fingers and galaxy mini I use. Maybe my brother can lend me hiss? Who knows. Hope you are all doing well. Log end.

Well, guys, I'm pretty sure I've got a new job lined up. It's out of state, and would require me to travel around the Midwest. Since my woman needs the computer for school, I'll likely be laptop free for a little while, and that could make posting difficult. Depending on how this next call goes, I could be starting as early as next Monday. Not too excited about leaving my home and family, but it's hard to say no to double the income. This isn't a goodbye, by any means. I'll still be around, but possibly not as active. Unless I can figure out this iPhone... I'm a bit late to the smartphone game.

 

Since I didn't get all sentimental the other day, perhaps I will now.

 

When I wake up in the morning, the first thing I do is check the forums to see if ya'll posted anything new. Well, I take a ****** first, but you get what I'm sayin'. Hell, I'll be sitting at work and thinking of what to post next, or I'll scribble in a notebook. Sometimes I just go back and read for the hell of it.  I never expected that the RP would be such a big part of my life.

 

No, that's way too dramatic. We'll say 'free time' instead of life, 'cause that totally makes more sense. But still. I've had a great time.

 

Anyways, as I'm sure I've drunkenly typed before, ya'll are literally my favorite people on the internet. After my favorite adult film stars, of course.  Which makes you guys... number... number uh... I'll get back to you. Just know you're high on the list. High enough, anyways.

Narf, what's your service provider for your iPhone?

 

If it's Verizon, they have pads available for $0.99 more a month. You can hook up to Wi-Fi and type on that, or even get a regular USB keyboard and adapter plug and hook that up to it to type. It's easier than straining typing onto a phone. 

 

Anyway, congrats on the new job. Sorry you'll be out of town all the time. Sorry you won't be as active. Crap! 

 

Jen, get that PC fixed! Look at the bright side. You could be trying to do that with my eye sight.

Computer Woes: Log date 3

After repeated attempts to wire my motherboard and consulting some more knowledgeable friends, it has been revealed that my computer is, for lack of a better term, screwed as it is now. My motherboard was designed by hp, who hate modular computers so much that they made a motherboard be unconnectable and refuse to put a manual up online. I had wsnted to save fully upgrading my hardware until a special occasion but it seems I'll need to do it now. Good thing I had some funds stored for just such a unfortunate turn of events.

I work mornings tommorow and I'm off the next day. Hopefully I can get some posting done on my brothers computer. That prostect is doubtful though, so i may be forced to use the emergency laptop. I hate that thing, it makes molasses look fast.

My computer parts camein today I just have to wait for my power supply to come in I had to order a new one because my old power supply that too short of wires in order to reach the motherboard problem so that's a thing that happenedm

This is not Legion's anti-materiel rifle.   This is the Kassa version of it. The same one Ereba uses. Also do you guys remember the Kinetic Exoskeletons from ME1? They increase strength and athletic prowess. He should be able to keep up with the fit Commandos. Jenus will probably make a few snide remarks. Legion will reply.

 

I could just see him using Legion's and getting knocked half-way across wherever.
