Morgan and Dahlia (who is heading with Morgan according to Julia) are seeking Jess. Probably not such a great idea if they happen across her while Shadow Broker people are with Jess, mainly because regardless of what's happening with Iyana, Morgan is a rogue agent and that's going to come up. But they're by you, RedBelle, for whatever happens next, presuming they can find Jess.

Jess is in the equivalent of a faraday cage so nothing's going to give away her position atm.... btw, PM'd you regarding the Iyana situation. Arthur might not be what he claims.......

I've completed my new character! Who's character is going to read her dossier? ![]()

If it is an asari, I am going to guess Naleena, since she's recruiting.
Her writer is busy for a bit today, so you might have to wait a bit. In the meantime, I'm totally going to recheck your entry for fun

xD I used the right layout this time as well. But beware, you never know when Valkara is stalking you, she can free run >

That will be me.
I'm the one recruiting for the mission. I've got a fairly busy day which is both good and bad. Good for me. Bad for writing. And I'm also in the middle of writing the "arrival" scene for the Janiri - our ship. Its commander is giving Naleena a tour of the interior so you guys will know what the ship can do, and where everything is located. This is not a short post. It is going to be quite detailed. Sorry for the "info dump." I hate info dumps, but unfortunately it's a necessary one. Get it out of the way.

I can't wait! Valkara might have nightmares on the ship because she doesn't like compact spaces or the in door for that matter; it reminds her of being locked up in the asylum
But you've been warned, she is crazy

Maybe Valkara is in the lower par of the citadel in a fight club watching... great t an entrance post xD

There could be a dramatic entrance of sorts worked out with the Frank and Essul escape. That comes to mind as the current scene of action and potential fisticuffs.

Sounds cool, maybe Valkara might turn against you when she hasn't had her medication

So, Essul is Jensaarai's character and Frank Eli is Cknarf's. I would maybe coordinate with them.
Having brought it up before, I think that Valkara should have a need that has her be along with the players. I mean its your character, but having read it, it could be something like the desire to actually alter her anti-social self (consciously or subconsciously), it could be that she feels someone could help her specifically with the problems she has you know, if she's interested. It could be anything, I am only suggesting as it is your character.
At the same time, maybe Valkara has something more than killing potential to add to the group. Right now, the way the ship is shaping up to be, it is a bit gross. Not even because of the ship's firepower or 12 asari commandos, but because if you look at the players, they alone are going to murderkill almost everything they come across one way or another, with a few exceptions. But that's okay, because Valkara could have any one of several things that would matter, such as:
1. Possible knowledge of what the Collectors are up to. Not the whole thing, but an important part of what they are up to.
2. The Aspirants, which are Collector/Human horrible hybrids...RB's creation, maybe she knows something about them that is critical? Like where they are possibly operating behind the scenes on a planet.
3. Like many who have been created, she could have connections with the Shadow Broker. For an information broker, I think the players have a lock on every possible assassin the Broker would ever need. However, that doesn't mean the Shadow Broker minds if someone who trades information can fight for themselves. And maybe she has something the players could use as far as information goes from the Broker (its the Yahg broker at this point, not Liara).
4. Some other insight into one of the player's backgrounds, immediately tying her into one of the players needing her, and hence, she becomes part of the group.
Those are my ideas. I hope they make sense and help to make your character a crucial part of the story. If they are terrible ideas, forget I said anything ![]()

That would not be advisable. It is how we could end up making a side trip to Lesuss. ![]()

The number of Aspirants..... in the millions? Really?
That's more than the number of humans abducted from the colonies. This sounds like a case for an all out war and some serious planet glassing unless we want to make the council complete idiots "Ah yes, 'aspirants'. We've dismissed that myth."

Aspirant numbers are based on assumption colonies are being turned. Freedom Progress alone was 900k humans, and estimates include non confirmed cases. it is a long extrapolation and an off-point one, I know. When more info is collected it will drop, especially when the humans are shown to be shipped to the O4 Relay.

Blame slavers. And this is the Wile E. Coyote plot writing Bioware does. Wait. Plot? Mass Effect 2? Never mind. It holds together until you think about it, and you're wondering why the Alliance was taking such little action.... 900,000 vanish. Fehl Prime? And they let Cerberus do it with Shepard.
Bah.

Also, on colonies. Their populations seem to vary wildly. Therum for example has 34,000 inhabitance, while a planet like Caleston has over 1 billion. Horizon had 600,000 about.
Still, maybe multiple millions might be a bit much.

Well, for better or for worse the way it was is that the Alliance did little to nothing to protect its colonies in the Terminus. Protecting their colonies in the Traverse was difficult enough, dealing with things in the pirate's half of the Galaxy is fairly impossible. Thus, a large chunk of people go AWOL without much of a peep from the Alliance. Could be the wouldn't know until later depending on the reliance of a Colony on the Alliance...
But then again defending the ignoring of nearly a million people is difficult. I just go with what's there.
Depending on when I do the updates on what's going on with the Turian strike teams there will be different changes. One perceived Aspirant base or rallying point will turn up false, or a colony which wasn't expected to go dark will, so on, so forth. At worst there will be a few million Aspirants plus x number of Collectors. Fairly big, but seeing as that's only a couple times more than the Military of 2012 EU, not exactly desolation in the wake of buzzing feet.
Also, @Jen: The 'final' estimate will be based on RPers choice. As it stands now it is a high ball estimate because the assumption is that the colony abductions are at least partly into Aspirant production. We know it's actually going to the human reaper, but the RP chars don't know that. Yet.
