I hated the anthropomorphism of the Turian females. Turian features are avian, making them resemble raptors, however unlike most Earth avian creatures, turians are viviparous and give birth to live young. Males and females do not differ greatly in physical appearance, but female turians lack the crest of horns found in the males of the race. This yet another place where the game differs from the codex. It was done for the purpose of selling the DLC to young teenage boys. Sorry. No boobs.

1.  Could be just her chest in general.  She has a chest of some kind, right?

 

2.  Could be the weapon storage rack in her locker..because they were at the lockers.

 

3.  Maybe she sleeps in a loft. Like a rack.  Because she's a bird. So, maybe Valk saw her bedroom and was like 'nice rack'  

 

And so on...

It depends upon how much noise he made inside the crate. I don't recall you saying he made a lot of noise. Also it depends upon where the crate is located. Is it in a heavily traveled area? Or in a storage room?
