SGJ I covered on the microdroid.  We can assume a LOKI mech went to check on the server room since no microdroids were needed to check into a place that people can access...something like that.  Plus Valkara smushed it.

I figured they had a car. A car can't fit six. You've seen the size of those skycars. Four max. Shuttle can hold 12, unless it's a Kodiak (14). And did you like the parking ticket? I figured that would be throwing salt on the wound.

I do like the parking tickets!  Actually Terca made it a skycar again.  Assume its a M-SUV instead of a M-3 skycar

My housemate back from 2000 - 2003 was a Facilities Manager in a highrise office building. That's where I learned about elevator codes in modern buildings. So if you were in the elevator when the alarm trippeed, you're going to the lobby level. Hence the writer override. This is 2185. I doubt that code would be different.

 

Something had to go right on this job. One thing. At least let Frank have one moment of glory. The accident prone one have one moment of glory so that Naleena can hold him up as an example to the others when she bursts a vein in her forehead at the debriefing.

I think we are okay on elevators.  Did someone post about using one?  Personally, I think it'd be bad to want to enclose yourself in a really small booth that isn't under your control anyway if you were infiltrating a police station, but hey, a fire is another good point too!  The commandos, I think are done unless something else goes wrong or right on up to the point most people get back to the safe house.

I think I like the change better anyway.  Just imagine everyone strutting out in slow motion, smoking huge cigars, with a stripper on each arm.

Then they all put on sunglasses, say a cheesy one liner, before the elevator explodes behind them.

RB, the cops are going to release Jess, Anika and Irina (if you don't press assault charges against her) in the morning. Jess, please don't press charges against Irina so that Naleena doesn't have to issue yet another Spectre pardon. Naleena is p*ssed off enough as it is. This team is trying to kill her. She's only 350 years old, and they're working on her firs coronary. I should have made her a volus. It would have at least been more humorous with the building collapsing -- a scene right out of Blasto. All we'd need would have been for Jenus to be hanar.

 

Then she has to give Avan a Spectre pardon at the hospital and take him out of there and back to the ship.
