I PM'd Mortho, Altruistic Tregador (old Captain Morgan) and FavoriteH. FH hasn't responded but he's usually around at some point, Altruistic let me know about being busy with classes, but mentioned possible posting, and I haven't heard from Mortho.

I'm always around at odd times thanks to a weird uni schedule which puts a three hour gap in the middle of my day. So if I don't reply, it is because I'm listening to an English teacher speak passionately about the 'masturbatory influences of relating Narcissus and Dorian Gray in the text'. That's a paraphrasing, but you do not wish to know how close that is to the actual statement.

Wait, so, the big meeting already happened? I'm not sure where to go from this point. If Avan's not there, is he on leave?
Jess has laid out a plan. Now she's waiting for the team to bring their own expertise to the job. She knows the ship so if members of the team know how to do stuff she's unaware of, they can bring it up and Jess can look to see how to incorporate it into the plan.
If Avan's not there just have him be there. Jess waited for the team to assemble..... like avenger's..... who assemble.

Those are the active biotic characters. Note that Eteon doesn't have the normal biotics projectile suite, though she might have to point that out to the group herself.
I haven't heard from Mortho so I wouldn't necessarily assume Valkara is there until otherwise.
(btw Avan I can put in. I think it's clear he'll be around)
There's the team: I had talked about this with SGJ but each has biotics, though on a level lower than the player characters. Iole is the weakest of the biotics, really having none and being technically oriented. Tallis is on par with most commandos. Jenus is better and Mira would be the best of the group as far as that is concerned.
They probably will be background or fill gaps in roles, however, and you know, sometimes they don't always get things right 
even if they do get it much better than the average commando as a whole.

Eteon is different biotics. She can use projectile biotics if she has to but she's stronger with field based stuff. Like lift in Me1 I guess. She also has some tech skill, enough that she can do what needs to be done like open doors or override security systems. The things you would expect a forward combat group like the cabals to be able to do.
If it might help, Essul has his personal gunship in the shuttle bay. Its got guns and it goes pretty fast, and he'd be willing to let you guys use it if it might help.
I don't recall his gunship, but the ships making the move all have some sort of sneakiness capacity. RedBelle basically had described the Medusa as having a lot of short range very devastating firepower, including anti-fighter and small craft arrays (that goes back to how she shot down a squadron of Aria's minions). So it would depend if your gunship has those capabilities.
I had located Avan in the meeting.
The official time since the Illium mission is 'undetermined but as long as it took for everyone to be okay.' Nobody's saying how long and we're liking it that way I mean, say if you want, but clearly Avan had to recover and nobody is doing anything until then.
So fire away. The meeting is on, you are there, it's all groovy.
Everyone is healthy when we start a new mission unless otherwise specified. Space magic. Unless you guys want to do the old "Rainbow Six: Rogue Spear" where the main players could be wounded and out of action for missions (or worse), and we have to fill in with the Asari commandos.
