OSMOSIS JONES.
Ah, sorry. Flashback hit me hard.
@Kel, setup for the spine reveal Kel.
Meanwhile, everyone has time for their character's to take stock of what we know for now.
I just watched lets plays of Outlast and Outlast:Whistleblower.
Bring on the mutants.
Okay, so for choreography's sake, Eteon checked out the sealed wall, which was on the other side of the portal to the spine passageway. I'm going to presume she teleported into that entryway area, checked the wall, saw it was a no go for teleporting, then teleported back through the sealed portal to the hangar again (which puts her on the walkway next to Jess and Essul.)
And Morgan's post is simply to help point two other ways out of the hangar bay now, basically the hall Jess and Essul came through on one side, and a hall on the other. I'm not laying out the floorplan exactly when I say that, but wanted to make sure it was known that there were other exits in the description.
Ah, sorry, I'll make that more clear in my post.
just keep in mind if you are going to shoot everything that moves, that includes 2 of Jess' unaccounted for crew (the third being Luscious and a wanted prisoner by Naleena, so not for sake of being innocent).
This is basically a meta response for people to, you know, not shoot the ship's doctor.
Quick choreography question. There are two groups now, one each heading to the side exits from the hangar bay? Jess entered the hangar bay from what would be the port side. As I understand it, this looks like:
Team 1 (ultimately heading for engineering): Port Side hallway: Irina, Frank, Vayne, Avan, Eteon
Team 2 (currently considered sweep, though another target is the bridge): Starboard side hallway: Naleena, Jess, Essul, Morgan, Dahlia
Reserve: Forward hanger: The commandos (Team Boom)
Anika is on the outer hull, by the spine.
@GhostlySentinel: My experience with these missions is they take longer than you'd think, so I'd either say let us make an excuse to find your character, or if you have something already planned with SGJ, please, by all means, go ahead and start writing. If you can be self sufficient in that way, my hope is you won't feel like we aren't getting to you in a timely way.
Yeah, that's the set up. GS is set up for the next mission, Kel. He's going to be with yours.
So we can make a psycho encounter when we want to, right? Doesn't have to be DM'd for the most part?
Oh and I'm sorry about not being on most of the day. I ended up spending a lot of time out and about in the fall weather, with my phone dead. So posting became a no go.

Yes, go for it.
Oh whoops posted within seconds of FH, but it looks okay.
Eh, had to edit a little bit, but it was possibly for the better.
So many ideas, so hard to figure out how to do them.
Had one for a guy wearing a "skull hat", skulls pieced around his head to make it look like he got 4 faces facing 4 directions, like some multi-faced buddha. Unnaturally ong arms with vorcha like omniblades and able to biotic teleport. Favored method to kill: Neck snapping from behind.
Also like this massive turian missing their mandibles and with really thick plating, like disfiguring type skin growth that makes him highly durable, but also limits stuff like hand usage or neck turning. Favored method to kill: Ripping out thorats with its teeth.
eeeeeew.
eeeeeew.
Hard to beat, incredibly mentally disturbed individuals, kept in line by an even worse psychopaths. You gotta delve deep in that dark place to make em up.
Sure, but it's still gross. Throw it out the airlock!
@ Those looking at encounters......
There will be some DM'd encoutner's but those will mostly be reserved for the important character's in the command section of the ship past the spine. We're heading through the spine and cargo container's so encounter's are pretty much open to what you can produce.
In short, it's your playground till we hit the command section. If you want to be dragged off and made king of the space bat's it's entirely up to you. I tend to try and create zones where the player is free to indulge his or her writing. Kel's essentially taken control of the Medusa at this point so much of this will come down to him but I think the spine and cargo module's are open game, with the possibility of flavour text.
Menwhile, Jess is looking at that hand unit.....
Call for assistance......
Oh you know she want's to mess with Iyana's head.

We're not mental patient attendee's. That said, we did get a outfitting of non lethal ordanance for the train job. Just say you brought some of that with you.
Underslung Stunner's on the end of your gun for example.
Jess meanwhile has a selection of grenade's for every eventuallity and a mean right hook. She's fine.

You make me sound tyrannical! Okay, maybe I'm exagerating. Basically, what RB said...
Jensaarai since you sound like you've got something in mind, I'll let you hit the 'Engineering' team with what they discover in their first cargo module area. For now I'll come up with what the other team discoveres in their starboard cargo module. But though I have ideas for certain things, in particular the bridge, engineering, and Iyana parts, I didn't want to totally control the movement through the ships. Everything should be set at this point for everybody to go ahead and write what they want, since the setup has been done.
RedBelle, let me know if Jess went in and snatched that hand unit, or left it behind.
Oh she's going to take it.
She's going to take it.... reeeeal goooood.
She's going to take it and own that hand unit.
She's going to make that hand unit her's......
And she might even call for assistance too.
