Didn't imply it is, but when I watch xcal wreck with N7 Paladin, and then I take this character and can barely stay alive competing for the 3rd place on the scoreboard - that's a hint I'm doing something wrong.

If you have maxed your common weapons/gears I'd suggest you move to Spectre Pack. It is a better investment than Veteran, except that you need to max out your uncommon gears/mods.

 

Also leave your PSN/GT/Origin ID in this thread so people could add you. The transition fro Silver to Gold can be harsh and you could learn a lot of how to handle gold.

I dont see the point of speedrunning (but it might be fun once or twice). Loosing time for "gaining" time with equipment ? Seems to me that having fun all the time is the better way

I've done plenty of Jade/Glacier speedruns, and I've enjoyed each one of them for reasons other than the credits.

Having one debuff-specced Recon Mine up in the spawn makes missiling things more efficient, as enemies that spawn near the edge of the blast radius will probably survive if there's no debuff.

You'd be surprised. Lots of BSNers like to help. Mic isn't a requirement either. Personally I don't use mine.

I agree on both things

 

I simply like speedrunning for the feeling of breaking the game and for the teamplay that is needed.

Also, sometimes single enemies survive the nuke, which is why RM and at least one sniper come in really handy

Well the problem is, to play well I need equipment and to get equipment I need credits, hence my question - how to get a lot of credits as fast as possible. I should have perhaps added that I'm looking for advices that do not involve rare high level equipment or mad skills. But the speedrun video linked above is very interesting, I'll be certainly looking more into that.

Games last 13-17min with randoms. Depends on spawn blocking, spawn cleaning, kill stealing. Unfortunately I score the board almost every time unless some guy comes in with all 4 slots of gear occupied. So I try to go easy otherwise enemies start moving like crazy.

And I will be listening music with minor in-game sounds.

We could play collectors, but I don't want to carry.

The easiest way is to hax.

 

Hax a match to give you 100,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 credits and enjoy all the URs you could ever dream of.

You can effectively funnel the spawn with two people most of the time with proper positioning. Glacier is easy as well but it calls for better resource management. You force everything to the lower part of the map and just spam Cain Mines once the Arc Nades strip shields. Acolyte with Cryo to do extra jamming CC, shield stripping. Max radius Cain mines can kill almost half that map with two players spamming them, one from the balcony, one blocking the dark room and killing the inside hallway there. Demolishers shield strip and feed the Merc nades. Ultra easy, ultra broken, ultra boring but easy credits fast with minimal effort.

Giant rippaz platinum. Make sure someone plays allmighty melee juggy and camp the LZ. Easiest credits I've had in this game.

Justicar with Warp bubble can keep the Juggy pretty clean and kill things really quickly with that setup as well.
