I was referring to Mass Effect. Some guys were romancing Ashley for that very reason.
If I was to to put baby in someone Mass Effect it would be Jack. But then, she would kill me because of all the tattoo touch ups she would have to get.

As it seems up in the air, I figured I should register my vote that Blackwall should be a romance option for male characters. Just making the effeminate or clean-cut male characters a gay option instead of including the overtly masculine ones doesn't really fit the bill for me, as it were ; )
Here's hoping!

You can't really "put a baby in" someone; you (or your Shep) are only capable of producing one part of the formula that could eventually produce an embryo, which would become a fetus, which would eventually become a baby.
Food for thought ![]()

If he's a romance option, I want him to be bi so everyone can have him, but... I know what you mean.

YES.
And if I see one more "he's too old" or "he's a grizzled mentor type" I'm going to scream so loud you will all be able to hear me.
Living and loving does not stop at 30. /end rant.
Oh, for sure! I think his manly beard should be available to everyone ![]()
And yeah, older is better ; )

Don't forget "but the Calling..." Somehow it didn't stop our Warden.

LOL I can kind of understand though; when I was 22 I'd have had no interested in someone like Blackwall.
I love when Wynne's comments about the Wardens come up, too, when people are bringing up reasons why Blackwall couldn't be a romance option. Like I'm imagining the Inquisitor and Blackwall leaning in for a kiss and then Wynne bursts in like:

"NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO"
She surely didn't stop Warden/Alistair from happening, and she sure didn't have a say about Hawke/Anders, so idk why her comments about Wardens would suddenly be relevant.

Are you sure about that?
He has aged like a fine cheese, and I wouldn't mind him being a LI at all. That being said, I like everyone except Cole as possible LI's so... I'll be just as happy with someone else? The old thing doesn't stop me from wanting to climb him like a tree, though.

Wynne aprroved of my Warden and Leliana, I don't know what are you talking about ![]()
Seriously though, I'm reading memoires of different women about WW II now. Horrible time, yet people still had love and hope and thought about loved ones and it gave them strength.

Then those people can not romance him and stop trying to dog him for being old! I saw the same thing said about Solas when he was revealed to be in his 40's.
I'm just saying, not everyone is some kid playing these and I for one would like to see a man my age in the games be romanceable and not destined for death ![]()
It would be relevant if it's something Blackwall himself believed, that the Warden cause is best served by his celibacy. Which I would respect, even if I wanted him. Maker knows I never romanced Al because I thought it conflicted with my Warden duties.

This made me laugh pretty hard.
I just want to romance Blackwall because I have a history of being into men being older than me. + I feel like Bioware's gonna troll us and pull a tragic love story *coughThanecough* But he is truly intriguing... *ogles from a corner*
*snip awesome*
"NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO"
Pretty sure this is from Black Adder II right? ![]()
Calling it now he's a non LI

Robin Hood man in tights..

*snicker* Wynne's comments were never relevant. In the real world, soldiers get it on and have families without the world coming to an end.

There are those, however, who choose to forego romance in order to dedicate themselves to a cause. Blackwall may be such a one and it'd be consistent with his description. Or he may not, which would make me happier as a player.

Oh riiiight she was the nurse!

It did make sense to a degree because I was romancing Zevran. So I was in the Wardens and he wasn't... he had his own life, his own agenda, and I had mine.
It would be a similar situation with Blackwall. Would he leave the Wardens to be with you? Or would you join the Wardens? It's kind of like the templars; it's hard to have a spouse outside of the Order because you're kind of constantly on duty; it's not like you can go home at night to your little cottage and kick back with some telly.

Yes, balancing relationships with a military lifestyle can be quite the challenge, which is why you look for a partner with a certain amount of independence (Zev is actually more ideal than you realise). Wynne's objection was off-base and complete nonsense, besides.

You're right; it ends at 31! ![]()
Joking aside, I would also like him to be bisexual.
