Now that Solas is confirmed race-gated and we are hinted that the other is for a character already revealed, there's strong chance that Blackwall may be a LI but straight yet open to all races. Cullen may just be for humans and elves yet also straight.
Erecting them is hard with all this old age.

Straight male options: Cassandra and Josephine
Gay male options: Iron Bull and Dorian
Straight female options: Blackwall and Iron Bull (gates aside)
Gay female options: Sera and Josephine
Race restricted options: Cullen (human and maybe elf females) and Solas (elven females)
That means it'll only be human and elven females who have one more option than all other genders.

To be honest, I just want this to be true just for the chance of romancing Blackwall.
Honestly it could go either way: Blackwall can be too tied up with his Warden duties and his eventual Calling to have a relationship. Vivianne may to too ambitious and independent to ever waste her time with a relationship with the Inquisitor.

I know it doesn't account for the other race-gated romance, but I'm hoping someone really likes dwarves. I'm not sure how RL orientations would change anything, except that the only companion that really is um, battlescarred(?) is IB, the only male LI available to everyone so far.
We definitely don't need a 3rd female-only male LI.
I agree somewhat, while I don't see any reason Blackwall shouldn't be bi. I honestly just want Blackwall and will happily roll a very specific character if he's both Racegated and gendergated.

It would be a nice change. Dwarves don't get enough love
I would like for the option to exist to romance Blackwall with a male character, but at this point I feel bad regardless who the last option is and who they're available to, since it means someone else getting shorted. I'm sad to see this happen.
