Me too. I guess it's the only other Blackwall I've made. I see my images here and there and I truly don't mind if there is a source. Feel free!

So, now that Solas in a non-option ( I cannot bring myself to play as a female due to the walking and running animations ) I am back to twiddling my thumbs in the Blackwall thread. 

 

He's been my number one choice the whole time.  I've abandoned hope for him several times, but now I'll be hoping for him till the (likely) bitter end.

Man, it's down to the wire.  The very final two.  The stakes are high because now we know that without a doubt some people will have less options than others.  

 

I always figured that Blackwall would be left for last. If it turns out that he isn't a LI, then I wish they would have gotten it out of the way early, like they did with Leliana and Cole. There was really no need for all of this if he turns out to have been unavailable the whole time.

Not to mention the insanity of the Romance thread. I don't disagree with a lot of what's being said. But it's causing nothing but confrontation.

The issue I have is that there are people who have historically always gotten more options who are belittling the people who are upset for always getting less.

 

Yes, they haven't all been announced, but many are worried.

First I would wait until last LI is announced. So far it is only straight female elves have one more options, not the end of the world. And we don't know who is the second race-gated. So I would wait grabbing torches and pitchforks until final arrangements.

I just don't want to see fights over the romances anymore. It's so old. We literally have 700 pages stored away from the last time this happened.

Sheryl Chee wrote Blackwall, and she's responsible for Leliana's romance in DAO, and Isabela's romance in DA2, and is the returning writer for Leliana in DAI.

Sheryl Chee is writing him I believe, I'm not sure if she's written a romance before. I didn't look.

Sheryl Chee.  Yes, she has done one romance per Dragon Age game so far.  And they have each been bisexual romance options.
