Different model. Faction armor (eg. Templar) doesn't change its appearance, while other sets will look differently on different companions.

I like to be precise and look at it as 1.9 weeks. It sounds shorter that way.

Have you seen hair options? Half of them are Sinead O'Connor. I doubt it's the same NPC.

yes, there are a couple others coming.

 

Iron Bull, Varric and Inquisitor are next. I know marketing should not influence my view on the characters, but I think I'm starting to dislike Bull purely because of it. Sigh.

Also, I have 0 interest in IB.  Not because of marketing, just because I don't like the Qunari.  BUT, I won't rule him out until I meet him in game because there may be a slight chance I'll actually like him.

You know, marketing has opposite effect, Solas is starting to grow on me. He'll probably be my resident mage on the first run.
