How does "apostate" count as a characteristic?

 

Well Cole has "Spirit" and Bull has "Mercenary"...they could have decided to just add anything that fits the characters I guess. Even if it's not an actual characteristic.

I'm just wondering why Blackwall has 'protector' and 'defender.' Don't....don't those mean the same thing, pretty much? :S

 

How much humor do you guys think Blackwall will have?

 

He's part of Team Vulgar along with our resident jokers Sera and Iron Bull, so I doubt he's a stick in the mud by any means.

 

And this concept has always given me the impression he's pretty fun. Whereas stern ol' Cass is weirded the hell out, Blackwall seems to be much less serious.

Good point. I thought about the picture thing, but not Team Vulgar. I'm trying to decide who I want in my party. I know I want Iron Bull and Blackwall, but I was trying to decide on my rogue. If Blackwall wasn't ever humorous, then I would easily pick Cole but since he probably can be.. It could be any of them. I was thinking it was either Cole or Varric, but Sera has a shot too.

Fair enough. I saw mercenary and kind of thought it worked becuase there is a mercenary type personality (like wanting money for doing things) but yeah, spirit is the same. Oh well.

Now I don't know if he was actually hoping for Cole to say something interesting, or if he was just messing with him and expected him to literally say that. Either way, that proves he's got a great sense of humor lol

Oh I was pretty sure Redcliffe was on the Hinterlands map? D: I guess I was wrong. Can anyone else confirm?

 

Edit! Okay I watched one of the videos that show the first full map you unlock and it looks like I was right! Here is the vid I watched to make sure:

 

It looks like the Hinterlands is the first big area we unlock. Haven is probably a small map that's basically just for your inquisition before Skyhold.

Redcliff is on the Hinterlands Map. I thought that Haven was on different map as a starting point. So I am guessing that after you do the opening story line and one or two story mission you can go get Blackwall.

Yeah by first map I meant like the first big open world-y map. Haven is going to be the very first place we go to. I'm just super glad we get Blackwall early

I am just really happy that it looks like most of the party characters you will pick up in the first one or to big maps. I know that I want Dorian and Blackwall in my party. It looks like Dorian is in Haven, and Blackwall is somewhere out Redcliff so I will my party in under five hours hopefully.

I thought that Dorian showed was in Haven from one trailers. I could be wrong and he is near the Red Templar fortress.

Haven is our first hub so I doubt that's where we'll get Dorian. There's also other areas that are snowy so, not sure.

Impossibru!,it's just doesn't fit Blackwall lol,seems more like something Iron Bull/Sera would say.
