@Jaison1986: yeah I know it's not fair but I didn't find Loghain as interesting as Blackwall. I wasn't invested in his character as much so I wasn't affected and it was easier to judge him. I'm still not sure how I feel about Blackwall's past. It's very conflicting.

I flirted with Blackwall and it was delightful!   I so far find him very endearing, but then again I'm finding everyone very endearing in their own ways.  I think I only have 2 more characters to recruit and then I've recruited them all. 

 

I'm pretty happy I decided to play as a female this first time because I'm really liking my character (Lilith) and I like her connections to all the rest of the characters.

Im taking it very slowly with him. I want the convos to last till the end. And i dont know how much conversations over all to be had with your companions. It will be like Alistair over again where ive exhausted all convos half way my pt and the only thing thats left was tent times over and over again. ( not that its a bad thing ofc)

So I got my code today, the game is downloading and I'll be able to play it in about 17403943085 hours. I'd appreciate some spoiler-free (if possible) romance tips. Are there any specific lines that initiate the romance? If so, are they very obvious? Do I absolutely have to flirt with him at all before the romance-starting line? Or do I just have to flirt with him as much as possible and keep his approval high or something like that? Thanks in advance!

I don't want to say much as I'm not done with the game or romance myself.  But getting his approval seems to come from helping people.  Especially the little guys/average people. Take all of his flirt options. 

 

He is super sweet so far.  I practically melt out of my chair talking to him.

I'm kinda disappointed they didn't seem to adapt the first love scene to a Qunari Inquisitor. She shrunk a whole head. :S

Given his inistence that he isn't a good man...I figured it'll be something like that. Well, I believe in a good redemption story, so...looking forward to it.

Really intrigued by Blackwall. I can see why he was so absent from marketing, there's...a lot of mystery here.

Recruiting either templars or mages as allies gains approval. I think both disbanding the templars and conscripting the mages gets disapproval.

I was literally torn between him and Iron Bull.  Really, in all honesty, between all of them.  It's my worldstate where my Warden romanced another Warden and I wanted to try to keep some kind trend.  Cannot wait to see where this goes.  XD

So no specific romance-starter, just flirt whenever you can? I just get the feeling that some of the flirt options will be ooc for my quizzy (a Dalish grump who only gradually starts trusting humans).

I have to say blackwall was a great character but the whole game really took my heart and took it for a ride because I cried or I cheered out loud. I've seen cullen and it's sweet but I love that each character has a story of its own and its not the same sweet romance.

So... anyone finished his romance yet? I've heard (and seen) that he leaves you if you sleep with him, but is that part of his revelations quest if you're in a romance, or does he break up with you for good?
