its a double edged blade having that logic can make someone a downer and while occassionaly disagree with you i prefer your optimisim.Yep. Just another example of optimism being bad where a "Always expect the worst. That way you are never disappointed." philosophy is better.
Except that doesn't apply to everything. Factions yes, but as far as followers go Rainier stands alone in that. The follower who gets the closest to screwing up is Varric being a part in releasing Corypheus, but that was completely unintentional since they didn't even know about Corypheus until they were there and as far as he and Hawke knew Corypheus was dead. They ever checked to make sure according to them to the point where whenever someone says that they mistook Corypheus' death the response is a resolute "He was dead."
And TBF how do check to make sure cory was dead? The bastard pulls captian ginyuus alot. And blackwall isnt as bad as you claim he was a soldier following orders and it was a fubar situation and he seeks atonement? Doesnt you moral code ask for forgivness?
